Zdravo Tomase, nemam imejl o mom samoisključenju jer se to dogodilo pre više od godinu dana. Moj nalog je zatvoren onog trenutka kada sam izgubio novac 13. maja. Tražio sam od njih kopiju svih imejlova između dve strane jer postoji imejl koji sam im poslao kada sam se samoisključio sa njihovog sajta pre mnogo godina, ali nisu uopšte odgovorili. Ponovo su mi otvorili nalog bez mog pristanka. Rekli su da će isplatiti povraćaj novca, ali i dalje ništa. Poslao sam im svoj IBAN, ali sam video da nedostaju dve cifre, pa sam im poslao odgovor sa ispravkom, ali oni jednostavno nisu odgovorili u vezi statusa transakcije povraćaja novca. Pre dva dana sam dobio imejl sa izvinjenjem i porukom da su poslali moje podatke da bi se pokrenuo transfer povraćaja. Dobio sam imejl da se obrađuje povraćaj od 1546 evra i da je posle sat vremena to otkazano, ali kada sam ih pitao šta se dešava, nisu odgovorili.
Hi Thomas i dont have the email about my self exclusion because that happened more than a year ago, my account is closed the moment i lost my money at 13th of the may , i asked them a copy of all emails between the two parties because there is the email i sended them when i had self excluded from their site years ago, but they didnt answer at all, they reopened my account without my consent, they said they will pay the refund, but still nothing, i sended them my iban , but i saw two digits were missing so i sended them a reply correcting it but they just dont answer about the refund transaction status nothing, two days ago i recieved an email with apologies and that they send my information to initiate the refund transfer, i recieved an email that 1546 euro refund is getting processed and after an hour that is cancelled, but when i ask them what is happening they dont answer
