Želeo bih da pružim ažuriranje u vezi sa mojom žalbom.
Od moje poslednje poruke, situacija se nije poboljšala. Moje isplate se i dalje ne obrađuju, a sada se suočavam sa dodatnim problemima sa ponovljenim zahtevima za verifikaciju.
Već sam više puta podneo/la sva potrebna dokumenta, uključujući verifikaciju identiteta, bankovni račun, verifikaciju kartice i dokaz o adresi. Svaki put sam dostavio/la dokumenta ispravno i u potpunosti.
Međutim, nakon nekoliko dana čekanja, stalno se traži da ponovo izvršim nove korake verifikacije. U nekim slučajevima, isti dokumenti se ponovo traže, iako su već ranije podneti.
Uvek odmah ispunim uslove i ponovo sve otpremim, ali se proces stalno ponavlja i nema napretka. Moje isplate su i dalje u toku, a ne daje se jasno objašnjenje.
Ova tekuća situacija je izuzetno frustrirajuća, jer sam sve vreme u potpunosti sarađivao, ali i dalje kasnim bez ikakvog rešenja.
Ljubazno vas molim za pomoć u rešavanju ovog problema, kako bih osigurao da se moja verifikacija konačno završi i da se moje isplate obrade bez daljeg odlaganja.

I would like to provide an update regarding my complaint.
Since my last message, the situation has not improved. My withdrawals are still not being processed, and I am now facing additional issues with repeated verification requests.
I have already submitted all required documents multiple times, including identity verification, bank account, card verification, and proof of address. Each time, I provided the documents correctly and in full.
However, after waiting several days, I am repeatedly asked to complete new verification steps again. In some cases, the same documents are being requested again, even though they were already submitted before.
I always comply immediately and upload everything again, yet the process keeps repeating and no progress is made. My withdrawals remain pending, and no clear explanation is provided.
This ongoing situation is extremely frustrating, as I have fully cooperated at all times, but I am still being delayed without any resolution.
I kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this issue, ensuring that my verification is finally completed, and that my withdrawals are processed without further delay.
