Želeo bih da podnesem formalnu žalbu protiv kazina Rabona.
• Trenutno stanje: 50.000 €
• Zahtev za povlačenje podnet 20. juna 2026.
• Trenutno se 1.500 € (3 × 500 € bankovni transfer) već nalazi u redu za isplatu i označeno je kao „U toku"
• Više puta sam popunio/la sve potrebne dokumente za verifikaciju. Svi su odobreni.
Podrška mi je rekla da je slučaj prosleđen Odeljenju za finansije sa najvišim prioritetom, ali nije bilo isplate niti konkretnog vremenskog okvira posle skoro 5 nedelja.
Ovo kašnjenje mi stvara ozbiljne finansijske probleme.
Mogu da obezbedim sve logove ćaskanja, snimke ekrana (trenutno stanje, čekajuća povlačenja, ekran za verifikaciju) i dokumenta.

I would like to file a formal complaint against Rabona Casino.
• Current balance: €50,000
• Withdrawal requested on 20 June 2026
• Currently €1,500 (3 × €500 Bank Transfer) are already in the withdrawal queue and marked as "In Bearbeitung"
• I have completed all required verification documents multiple times. All were approved.
Support told me the case was escalated to the Finance Department with highest priority, but there has been no payout and no concrete timeline after almost 5 weeks.
This delay is causing me serious financial problems.
I can provide all chat logs, screenshots (current balance, pending withdrawals, verification screen) and documents.
Please open a complaint and help me get my withdrawal processed as soon as possible.
