Podneo sam zahtev za povlačenje pre više od mesec dana i nikada nije obrađen. Stalno sam kontaktirao njihov tim i ćaskao, a oni su mi stalno govorili da će biti obrađen sutra.
Do pre nedelju dana su tražili KYC, poslao sam svoje lične karte i selfije i sve ostalo, međutim, traže neka dokumenta koja logično ne mogu da pružim:
Slika debitne kartice: za depozit sam koristio trenutnu virtuelnu debitnu karticu koja se uništi nakon jedne upotrebe, uvek je koristim da bih izbegao prevaru, tako da je ne moram imati, a kazino je traži.
Takođe traže snimak ekrana mycrypto novčanika i trebalo bi da se pojavi moje ime: Moj novčanik je metamask novčanik, nije povezan ni sa jednim imenom.
Kazino i podrška ne odgovaraju na imejlove, a njihov ćaskanje uživo nije ni upoznato sa KYC-om, stalno mi govore da će moja isplata biti obrađena sutra.

I submitted a withdrawal more than a month ago, and it was never processed, I kept contacting their team and chat, who kept telling me its going to be processed tomorrow;
Until a week ago they requested kyc, I have submitted my ids and my selfies and everything, however they are requesting some documents that I logically cannot provide:
A picture of a debit card: for deposit I have used an instant virtual debit card that get destroyed aftre one use, I always use this to avoid getting scammed or frauded, so I do not have have it and the casino ask for it.
They are also requesting a screenshot of mycrypto wallet and my name should appear: My wallet is a metamask wallet, its not linked to any name.
The casino and support do not answer emails and their live chat are not even aware of the kyc, they keep telling me my withdrawal will bee processed tomorrow
