Želeo bih jasno da odgovorim i pružim direktne dokaze u vezi sa Rabonovim najnovijim izjavama.
1️⃣ Problem sa igrom rakova / krэpsa – video dokaz
Ovo je video dokaz koji pokazuje da se igra Crab ne otvara i prikazuje tehničku grešku („Stranica nije pronađena"), uprkos tome što u igri ima dostupnih poena.

Rabona je već ranije priznala ovaj problem i obavešten sam da će biti obezbeđena nadoknada. Stoga, pokušaj da se sada skrene diskusija fokusirajući se na suštinu igre umesto na stvarni tehnički kvar, izbegava suštinu problema.
Problem nije u imenu — problem je u tome što:

2️⃣ Povraćaj novca za poslednjih 6 meseci – neopravdano odbijanje
Što se tiče povrata novca, Rabona je više puta izjavila da „nije moguće izvršiti njegovo vraćanje" bez pružanja bilo kakve klauzule, pravila ili pisane politike koja opravdava ovo odbijanje.

Pre mnogo meseci sam obično dobijao povraćaj novca svakog ponedeljka. Onda iznenada — nakon što sam uplatio velike depozite — povraćaj novca je obustavljen bez ikakvog obaveštenja, upozorenja, objašnjenja ili reference na politiku, i do danas je odbijen.
Ova odluka deluje kao lična i proizvoljna, a ne zasnovana na bilo kom objavljenom pravilu.
Stoga formalno zahtevam:
Moja kompletna istorija depozita za poslednjih 6 meseci
Transparentan obračun povrata novca na osnovu mojih VIP uslova
Isplata dugovanog povrata novca, obračunatog na 15% od depozita, u skladu sa mojim VIP statusom
3️⃣ Nedostajućih 500 dolara
Rabona tvrdi da je iznos od 500 američkih dolara „umanjen", ali ipak:
Nestanak ravnoteže je jasno prikazan na dostavljenim video snimcima
Nijedna opklada ne odgovara tačnom odbitku
Rabona je ranije priznao da je postojao sistemski problem, kasnije ga je opisao kao „trenutni nestanak"
Ponovo potvrđujem da se 500 američkih dolara NIJE ponovo pojavilo i da to nije bio trenutni problem. I dalje nedostaje i nije rešen.
4️⃣ Lažno predstavljanje osnova žalbe
Rabona sada tvrdi da se žalba uglavnom odnosila na kredit od 300 američkih dolara.
Ovo je netačno.
Suština ove žalbe od početka je bila povraćaj novca, tehničke greške i nedostatak sredstava, i svi dokazi su podneti u skladu sa tim. I Rabona i Matej su prethodno potvrdili da su greške postojale i eskalirali su nadležnim odeljenjima.
5️⃣ Ograničenja povlačenja i odlaganje povlačenja (novododato izdanje)
Ovoj žalbi je kasnije dodato još jedno ozbiljno pitanje:
Uprkos tome što sam klasifikovan kao VIP LEGENDA, jedna od mojih zagarantovanih pogodnosti su veći limiti za isplatu.
Međutim:
Moj limit za povlačenje je bio ograničen na 1.500 američkih dolara
Povlačenja su više puta odlagana i otkazivana
Zahtevi za povećanje limita su odbijeni bez obrazloženja
Kao direktna posledica toga, nisam mogao da podignem svoj novac na vreme, što je dovelo do nastavka igre i dokumentovanog gubitka od preko 11.000 američkih dolara.
Ovaj gubitak se dogodio isključivo zbog prinudnih ograničenja povlačenja koja su u suprotnosti sa mojim VIP pogodnostima.

Rabona nastavlja da:

Ne navodite obrazloženje zasnovano na politici
Preusmerite fokus na nebitne detalje
Ignorišite video dokaze
Zadržite povraćaj novca bez objašnjenja
Ne objašnjava nedostajuća sredstva
Ignorišite pogodnosti za povlačenje VIP kartice
S poštovanjem molim da se sva pitanja preispitaju na osnovu dokaza i VIP termina, a ne generičkih izjava.

This issue has already been previously acknowledged by Rabona, and I was informed that compensation would be provided. Therefore, attempting now to divert the discussion by focusing on the name of the game instead of the actual technical malfunction is avoiding the core issue.
The problem is not the name — the problem is that:

2️⃣ Cashback for the last 6 months – unjustified refusal
Regarding cashback, Rabona has repeatedly stated that it is "not possible to credit it" without providing any clause, rule, or written policy that justifies this refusal.

For many months prior, I was receiving cashback normally every Monday. Then suddenly — after making large deposits — cashback was stopped without any notification, warning, explanation, or policy reference, and it remains refused to this day.
This decision appears to be personal and arbitrary, not based on any published rule.
I therefore formally request:
My full deposit history for the last 6 months
A transparent cashback calculation based on my VIP terms
Payment of the cashback owed, calculated at 15% of deposits, as per my VIP status
3️⃣ The missing 500 USD
Rabona claims the 500 USD was "played down", yet:
The balance disappearance is clearly shown in the submitted videos
No bet corresponds to the exact deduction
Rabona previously admitted there was a system issue, later describing it as a "momentary disappearance"
I confirm again that the 500 USD did NOT reappear, and this was not a momentary issue. It remains missing and unresolved.
4️⃣ Misrepresentation of the complaint’s basis
Rabona now claims that the complaint was mainly about the 300 USD credit.
This is incorrect.
The core of this complaint from the beginning has been cashback, technical errors, and missing funds, and all evidence was submitted accordingly. Both Rabona and Matej previously acknowledged that errors existed and were escalated to the relevant departments.
5️⃣ Withdrawal limits and withdrawal delay (newly added issue)
A serious additional issue was later added to this complaint:
Despite being classified as VIP LEGEND, one of my guaranteed benefits is higher withdrawal limits.
However:
My withdrawal limit was restricted to 1,500 USD
Withdrawals were delayed and cancelled multiple times
Requests to increase the limit were refused without justification
As a direct result, I was unable to withdraw my balance in time, which led to continued gameplay and a documented loss of more than 11,000 USD.
This loss occurred solely due to enforced withdrawal restrictions that contradict my VIP benefits.

Rabona continues to:
Avoid addressing core issues
Provide no policy-based justification
Shift focus to irrelevant details

Withhold cashback without explanation
