Pišem ovu recenziju jer Rabona trenutno drži 1.500 evra sa mog pravog novca (1.000 evra otkazanih isplata i 500 evra preostalog stanja). Nakon mesec dana odugovlačenja i pretvaranja da verifikuju moj nalog, trajno su ga zatvorili, a da mi nisu isplatili moja legitimna sredstva.

🚩 1. Mesec dana odugovlačenja i otkazivanja isplata Čekao sam više od mesec dana na dva isplaćivanja od 500 evra. Odjednom, isplata je otkazana, a moj nalog je zaključan sa porukom: „Vaš nalog je u reviziji". Kada sam kontaktirao podršku putem ćaskanja uživo i imejla, dočekao me je tišina ili automatski kopirani šabloni koji su mi govorili da „sačekam" bez traženja bilo kakvih konkretnih dokumenata.

Iskoristili su ovaj nejasan izgovor da me potpuno isključe. Najšokantniji deo? Njihov imejl nije pružio NIKAKVA uputstva o tome kako da povučem svoj postojeći saldo od 1.500 evra pravog novca. Zatvaranje naloga je pravo kladionice, ali konfiskacija stanja igrača bez opravdanja je čista krađa.

Suddenly, the withdrawal was canceled, and my account was locked with the message: "Your account is under revision". When I contacted the live chat and email support, I was met with silence or automated copy-pasted templates telling me to "wait" without asking for any specific documents.
🚩 2. The absurd "Catch-22" KYC trap After threatening to take this public, support finally emailed me asking to complete my KYC verification by uploading my documents directly on the website. The problem? My account was still blocked by them. I literally could not log in to upload anything. To prove my good faith, I instantly replied to their email and attached my documents directly, asking them to temporarily unlock my account so I could upload these documents.
