Vrsta žalbe: Odgovorno kockanje / samoisključenje
Podnosim ovu žalbu u vezi sa nepoštovanjem mog zahteva za samoisključenje od strane kazina Rabona i njihovim naknadnim kršenjem obaveza odgovornog kockanja.
Dana 2. novembra 2025. godine kontaktirao sam VIP menadžera kompanije Rabona i eksplicitno izjavio da sam jurio gubitke novcem koji nisam mogao da priuštim i zatražio sam samoisključenje i zatvaranje naloga. Dana 3. novembra 2025. godine, Rabona je potvrdila moj zahtev. Dana 4. novembra 2025. godine, pismeno sam potvrdio da želim da nastavim, a Rabona je potvrdila proces zatvaranja naloga.
Dana 3. aprila 2026. godine, otprilike pet meseci kasnije, primio sam nepoželjan promotivni imejl od VIP odeljenja kompanije Rabona u kojem mi je ponuđen poklon od 150 evra u gotovini i 25% dnevnog povrata novca, izričito da bi me podstakao da se vratim kockanju. Kao direktan rezultat toga, vratio sam se i pretrpeo neto gubitke od približno 1.805 evra između aprila i juna 2026. godine.
Dana 27. maja 2026. godine podneo sam formalnu žalbu kompaniji Rabona. Dana 8. juna 2026. godine, dok je moja žalba bila aktivna, dobio sam drugu nepoželjnu bonus ponudu od VIP odeljenja kompanije Rabona, na koju sam se istog dana pismeno usprotivio.
Dana 11. juna 2026. godine, Rabona je potvrdila prijem moje žalbe pod referencom tiketa 51547537 (to je bilo nakon što su tvrdili da nisu primili moju žalbu kada je prvi put podneta).
Dana 12. juna 2026. godine odbili su ga, pozivajući se na klauzulu 6.6.2 svojih Uslova i odredbi (nema povraćaja novca nakon što se depozit iskoristi za klađenje).
Ovaj odgovor je neadekvatan. Klauzula 6.6.2 je standardna klauzula o povraćaju depozita i nije relevantna za kršenje ugovora o odgovornom kockanju. Moja žalba se odnosi na nepoštovanje zahteva za samoisključenje od strane kompanije Rabona u kojem sam eksplicitno naveo problematično kockanje i odluku njihovog VIP odeljenja da aktivno podstakne moj povratak novčanim podsticajem. Depoziti ne bi bili uplaćeni da je kompanija Rabona poštovala svoju dužnost brige.
Tražim povraćaj neto gubitka od 1.805 evra nastalog nakon Raboninog VIP kontakta koji je doveo do mog povratka nakon samoisključenja.

Complaint type: Responsible gambling / self-exclusion
I am submitting this complaint regarding Rabona Casino's failure to honour my self-exclusion request and their subsequent breach of responsible gambling obligations.
On 2 November 2025 I contacted Rabona's VIP Manager and explicitly stated that I had been chasing losses with money I could not afford, and requested self-exclusion and account closure. On 3 November 2025 Rabona acknowledged my request. On 4 November 2025 I confirmed in writing that I wished to proceed, and Rabona confirmed the account closure process.
On 3 April 2026, approximately five months later, I received an unsolicited promotional email from Rabona's VIP department offering me a €150 Cash Gift and 25% Daily Cashback, explicitly to encourage me to return to gambling. I returned as a direct result and incurred net losses of approximately €1,805 between April and June 2026.
On 27 May 2026 I submitted a formal complaint to Rabona. On 8 June 2026, while my complaint was active, I received a second unsolicited bonus offer from Rabona's VIP department, which I objected to in writing the same day.
On 11 June 2026 Rabona acknowledged my complaint under ticket reference 51547537 (this was after claiming they had not received my complaint when first submitted).
On 12 June 2026 they rejected it, citing clause 6.6.2 of their Terms and Conditions (no refund after a deposit is used to place a bet).
This response is inadequate. Clause 6.6.2 is a standard deposit-refund clause and is not relevant to a responsible gambling breach. My complaint concerns Rabona's failure to honour a self-exclusion request in which I explicitly cited problem gambling, and their VIP department's decision to actively induce my return with a cash incentive. The deposits would not have occurred had Rabona honoured its duty of care.
I am seeking a refund of net losses of €1,805 incurred following Rabona's VIP contact that induced my return after self-exclusion.
