Dana 06.12.2025. izvršio sam IMPS transfer od 1.000.000 ₹ na tačne bankovne podatke koje je RajaBets naveo za depozite.

Uprkos jasnim dokazima da je novac stigao na njihov bankovni račun, podrška RajaBets-a stalno odgovara „uplata nije primljena" i odbija da mi uplati 100.000 ₹ (plus bonus na depozit koji je bio aktivan u to vreme) na moj igrački novčanik poslednjih nekoliko dana.

1,00,000 IMPS Deposit Not Credited – Bank Statement Shows Successful Credit, but Rajabets Still Denied.
On 06-12-2025 I made an IMPS transfer of ₹1,00,000 to the exact bank details provided by RajaBets for deposits.
Amount was instantly debited from my bank account
Bank statement and Transaction receipt clearly show "Payment – Successful"
Transaction reference number: 534133088003
Beneficiary name and account number match exactly with what RajaBets provided.
I have submitted the following proofs to RajaBets support multiple times (chat + live support):
Full bank statement (PDF) showing successful debit and beneficiary details
IMPS transaction screenshot with reference number
SMS confirmation from bank
Despite clear evidence that the money has reached their bank account, RajaBets support keeps replying "payment not received" and has refused to credit ₹1,00,000 (plus the deposit bonus that was active at the time) to my gaming wallet for the last several days.
This is a deliberate withholding of a six-figure deposit for which I have 100% proof of successful transfer.
I request Casino Guru’s immediate intervention to:
Force RajaBets to credit ₹1,00,000 + applicable deposit bonus instantly
Provide compensation for the delay and harassment caused
I am ready to forward all proofs privately to the Casino Guru team if required.
