Podnosim ovu žalbu protiv kompanije Rajabets u vezi sa namernim odlaganjem moje KYC verifikacije.
Činjenice:
Moje korisničko ime je mkiransir.
Trenutno imam stanje od 102.000 INR.
Otpremio/la sam sva svoja dokumenta 7. februara 2026. godine.
Prošlo je 8 dana, a status je i dalje „Na čekanju".
Dokazi o nedoslednosti:
Imam dokaz da Radžabets ne prati pošten red. Drugi korisnik (korisničko ime: alamgiralam000) je otpremio dokumente 9. februara (dva dana posle mene) i potpuno je verifikovan u roku od 3 dana. Ovaj korisnik je imao 0 salda.
Izgleda da moja verifikacija kasni samo zato što imam visok saldo od 102.000 INR. Podrška uživo odbija da da bilo kakav vremenski okvir i daje samo pripremljene odgovore.
Nisam prekršio nikakve uslove i dostavio sam svu dokumentaciju. Molim Casino Guru da interveniše i zamoli Rajabets da završi moju verifikaciju kako bih mogao da podignem svoj novac.
I am submitting this complaint against Rajabets regarding a deliberate delay in my KYC verification.
The Facts:
My username is mkiransir.
I currently have a balance of 102,000 INR.
I uploaded all my documents on 7th February 2026.
It has been 8 days, and the status is still 'Pending'.
Evidence of Inconsistency:
I have proof that Rajabets is not following a fair queue. Another user (Username: alamgiralam000) uploaded documents on 9th February (two days after me) and was fully verified within 3 days. This user had 0 balance.
It seems my verification is being delayed only because I have a high balance of 1,02,000 INR. Live support refuses to give any timeline and only provides scripted answers.
I have not violated any terms, and I have provided all documents. I request Casino Guru to intervene and ask Rajabets to complete my verification so I can withdraw my money."
