Podnosim žalbu protiv kazina Rajabets u vezi sa problemom isplate i verifikacije koji je ostao nerešen.

Od početka sam u potpunosti sarađivao i dostavio svu traženu dokumentaciju, uključujući:

Čak i nakon što sam podneo/la poslednju traženu izjavu pod zakletvom, nisam dobio/la nikakvu potvrdu niti rešenje, a moje povlačenje je i dalje u toku. Moja sredstva su i dalje nedostupna.

I am filing a complaint against Rajabets Casino regarding a withdrawal and verification issue that remains unresolved.
I had been using Rajabets Casino earlier without any issues, including deposits and withdrawals. After placing several bets, my account balance reached ₹236,989 (previously ₹360,005). When I requested withdrawal of my winnings, the withdrawal was cancelled, and I was asked to complete account verification.
From the beginning, I have fully cooperated and submitted all requested documents, including:

Multiple selfies holding the ID with a handwritten date
Bank statement covering the last 6 months
A notary-certified affidavit declaring my personal details and address
Despite submitting every required document, the verification process has been unreasonably delayed. My documents were rejected multiple times without clear or consistent explanations, and new requirements were introduced repeatedly.
Even after submitting the final requested affidavit, I have not received any confirmation or resolution, and my withdrawal remains pending. My funds are still inaccessible.
I believe I have complied with all verification requirements in good faith. I kindly request Casino Guru to intervene and assist in resolving this issue, as my legitimate winnings are still being withheld without proper justification.
