Situacija je još više zabrinjavajuća jer moj Radžabets nalog trenutno ima stanje od 1.50.000 ₹, a ne mogu da podižem novac ili pristupim svim funkcijama naloga. Takođe sam se kladio tokom ovog perioda, ali ništa nije napredovalo sa njihove strane u vezi sa KYC-om.
Podneo sam formalnu žalbu na AskGamblers-u, ali je odbijena zbog „nedovoljnih informacija", uprkos tome što sam pružio sve činjenice koje sam imao. Sada javno eskaliram ovaj problem jer su moji pokušaji da ga direktno rešim sa Rajabets-om propali.

I uploaded all required documents for KYC (government ID, proof of address, and a selfie) on 17th June 2025, but till date, the verification is still pending. Despite reaching out to their support via live chat multiple times, I only receive vague or copy-paste responses with no clear resolution or timeline.
The situation is even more concerning because my Rajabets account currently holds a balance of ₹1,50,000, and I am unable to withdraw or access full account features. I have also placed bets during this time, but nothing has progressed from their side regarding the KYC.
I submitted a formal complaint on AskGamblers, but it was rejected due to "insufficient information," despite providing all the facts I had. I am now escalating this issue publicly because my attempts to resolve it directly with Rajabets have failed.
