Pre svega, iskreno žalimo što je igrač doživeo kašnjenje u uplati depozita. Rakebit nikada nije namerno odlagao transakcije. Posvećeni smo pružanju visokokvalitetnih, premium usluga igranja našim igračima, a sva kašnjenja nastaju isključivo zbog tehničkih razloga, koji se ne mogu uvek odmah rešiti.

Situacija je sada u potpunosti rešena. Depozit igrača je vraćen 30.09.2025. godine, a obavešteni su putem e-pošte. Takođe su sprovedene važne korektivne mere kako bi se sprečila slična kašnjenja u budućnosti.
