I would like to file a complaint against Revolution Casino because my payout is being significantly delayed without any understandable reason.

I deposited my own money several times and played primarily on real money slot machines. Through my play, I won a real money balance of €1,000. After requesting a withdrawal, I followed all the necessary steps and waited for processing.

However, significantly more time has now passed than the withdrawal period stated by the casino itself. Despite several inquiries with customer support, my withdrawal has neither been processed nor paid out. I am receiving no concrete or comprehensible explanation for the delay, only general answers that do not resolve my issue.

I used the casino in good faith, made multiple deposits, and played fairly. Therefore, I expect Revolution Casino to adhere to its own withdrawal deadlines and not unnecessarily delay legitimate withdrawals.

I therefore request that Casino Guru review my case and contact Revolution Casino so that my €1,000 withdrawal can be processed and paid out as quickly as possible. I hope for your support in resolving this matter promptly and fairly.

Ich möchte eine Beschwerde gegen Revolution Casino einreichen, da meine Auszahlung ohne nachvollziehbaren Grund erheblich verzögert wird.

Ich habe mehrfach eigenes Geld eingezahlt und überwiegend an Slotmaschinen mit Echtgeld gespielt. Durch mein Spiel habe ich ein Echtgeldguthaben von 1.000 € gewonnen. Nachdem ich die Auszahlung beantragt hatte, habe ich alle erforderlichen Schritte eingehalten und auf die Bearbeitung gewartet.

Mittlerweile ist jedoch deutlich mehr Zeit vergangen als die vom Casino selbst angegebene Auszahlungsfrist. Trotz mehrerer Nachfragen beim Kundensupport wurde meine Auszahlung bisher weder bearbeitet noch ausgezahlt. Ich erhalte keine konkrete oder nachvollziehbare Begründung für die Verzögerung, sondern lediglich allgemeine Antworten, die mein Problem nicht lösen.

Ich habe das Casino in gutem Glauben genutzt, mehrfach eingezahlt und fair gespielt. Deshalb erwarte ich, dass Revolution Casino seine eigenen Auszahlungsfristen einhält und berechtigte Auszahlungen nicht unnötig hinauszögert.

Ich bitte Casino Guru daher, meinen Fall zu prüfen und Revolution Casino zu kontaktieren, damit meine Auszahlung in Höhe von 1.000 € schnellstmöglich bearbeitet und ausgezahlt wird. Ich hoffe auf Ihre Unterstützung, damit diese Angelegenheit zeitnah und fair gelöst werden kann.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
