Godinama sam lojalan VIP igrač na Rocketplay-u.
Nikada nisam imao problema sa povlačenjem dobitaka ili njihovim primanjem.
5. januara 2026. godine sam uplatio 100 dolara bez bonusa.
Osvojio sam 1000 dolara.
Povukao sam se kao i obično (obično je potrebno 4 sata da se primi dobitak) i nisam primio svoj dobitak.
Poslednja skoro 4 meseca sam skoro svakodnevno u kontaktu sa rocketplay-om.
Nisam dobijao ništa osim automatskih generičkih imejlova.
Stalno su govorili da je povlačenje bilo uspešno i da je sada kod provajdera plaćanja.
Obratio sam se banci i nije uplaćen iznos ni blizu mog dobitka.
Poslao sam kopije svojih bankovnih transakcija kompaniji Rocketplay.
Tražili su od mene da ponovo pošaljem sve svoje bankovne podatke, što sam i uradio više puta.
Rekli su mi 10. marta da su sredstva ponovo uplaćena na moju karticu putem povraćaja novca i da će biti potrebno 3-10 radnih dana da se prime, a u nekim slučajevima i do 30 radnih dana.
Još uvek nisam primio svoj dobitak i izgleda da ne mogu da nateram nikoga iz Rocketplay-a da mi pomogne ili da obradi moj dobitak kao normalno isplaćivanje.
Takođe su mi blokirali nalog tako da se više ne mogu prijaviti.
nemaju nikakav razlog za ovo, uopšte.
Poslali su mi imejl u kojem kažu da su ga pregledali i da neće deblokirati moj nalog i da ne mogu ništa da uradim povodom toga.
Želim svoj dobitak jer sam ga pošteno osvojio.
I have been a loyal VIP player at rocketplay for many years.
I have never had a problem withdrawing winnings or receiving them.
On the 5th January 2026 I deposited $100 with no bonus.
I won $1000.
I withdrew as normal (usually a 4 hour turnaround to receive winnings) & didn’t receive my winnings.
For the last almost 4 months I have been in contact with rocketplay almost daily.
I have been receiving nothing but automated generic emails.
They have constantly said the withdrawal was successful & that it is now with the payment provider.
I have reached out to my bank & there has been no amount close to my winnings entered my bank.
i have sent copies of my bank transactions to rocketplay.
they have asked me to resend all my banking details which I have done numerous times.
they told me on the 10th march the funds have been resent to my card via a refund & it would take 3-10 business days to receive & in some cases up to 30 business days.
I am still yet to receive my winnings & I cannot seem to get anyone from rocketplay to actually help me or process my winnings as a normal withdrawal.
they have also blocked my account so I can no longer login.
they have no reason what so ever for this.
they emailed me saying they’ve reviewed it & will not be unblocking my account and there’s nothing I can do about it.
I want my winnings as I won that fairly.
