Tokom proteklih 12 meseci sajt je doživeo rast i mnogo promena, od sistema nagrađivanja igrača do kontinuirano šireg izbora onlajn igara. Međutim, sa rastom, fokus sajta, nekada na igrače sa pet zvezdica, dramatično je opao, zajedno sa novim sistemom nagrađivanja VIP igrača. Igrači koji su nekada bili na doživotnom VIP nivou, sada su na najvišem VIP nivou i zahtevaju određenu količinu igranja da bi ostali na tom nivou duže od 90 dana ili da bi pali na niži nivo. Igrači poput mene su već potrošili značajnu količinu novca da bi postigli doživotni VIP, a sada se od nas traži da trošimo i igramo više da bismo zadržali iste pogodnosti koje smo trebali da imamo doživotno ili da bismo ih izgubili. Pa koje su to pogodnosti, kažete? Prvo, menadžer VIP naloga, osoba koja je tu da pomogne sa problemima i da vaše vreme na sajtu učini pozitivnim iskustvom. Uglavnom je menadžer koji mi je dodeljen bio od pomoći i podrške, a zatim, kao i kod starog sistema nagrađivanja igrača, VIP igrači svake godine dobijaju poklone sa sajta za rođendan i Božić, pa sve do implementacije novog sistema i do decembra 2025. godine, Roketplej je bio u odličnom stanju, slao je sjajne poklone igračima na vreme za te posebne prilike, sve do Božića 2025. godine, a onda nisu stigli! Božićni poklon je stigao krajem januara, početkom februara, a dostavljen je polomljen kurirskom službom ili tokom transporta. Kada je tražen račun, sajt nije u mogućnosti da ga obezbedi, pa je ponuđeno da pošalje zamenu, do danas, skoro maj 2026. godine, nije primljen, a njihov rođendanski poklon, zakazan za mart, ponovo skoro maj 2026. godine, nije primljen i njegov status je neizvestan, što je za VIP igrača stvorilo veliko razočaranje i negativan utisak o sistemu nagrađivanja. Govorimo o dve PlayStation 5 konzole ☹️. Pored toga, jedna od pogodnosti na nivou nagrađivanja je osiguranje depozita, što je bonus procenat koji se dodeljuje na račun igrača nakon što uplate depozit, ukoliko izgube depozit. Obično je u redu, to se prikazuje na nivou nagrađivanja kao jedna od pogodnosti do nedavno. Sada, od ovog debakla sa poklonima koji nisu primljeni i iznerviran novim VIP sistemom nagrađivanja, odlučio sam da smanjim trošenje na sajtu dok ne počnem da dobijam VIP nagrade na koje sam imao pravo, što je fer. Ne poznajem mnogo onih koji bi samo nastavili da uplaćuju novac da nemaju koristi od sistema nagrađivanja koji su postigli! Dakle, smanjio sam svoje depozite na nivo nagrade koji je i dalje nudio većinu pogodnosti, otišao sam da zatražim osiguranje depozita i rečeno mi je ne! Da me moji depoziti i isplate čine nepodobnim za osiguranje depozita ŠTA! Uprkos tome što je jasno naznačeno ispod liste pogodnosti za igrački nivo da ne ispunjavam uslove za pogodnost. NE, gde na ekranu nivoa piše „pod uslovima" pored prikazane pogodnosti nivoa, čak ni *, a ispod se primenjuju uslovi, ono što jasno pokazuje jeste da se dostigne nivo nivoa, a zatim uživaju pogodnosti, očigledno je da je ono što je prikazano uslovno bez obzira na postizanje nivoa, zajedno sa bonus kreditom za nivo, igrači ga dobijaju jednom i samo jednom, bez obzira da li zadržite nivo na kojem ste ili ga izgubite. Bonus nagrada je jednokratna, u osnovi, igrači to mogu da precrtaju kao podsticaj ili pogodnost svakih 90 dana, ali sajt i dalje želi da uplatite depozit i igrate da biste ostali na nivou na kojem ste. „Ne, hvala", tako da sada igrači poput mene mogu da precrtaju bonus nagradu i očigledno je da je depozit podložan dodatnim uslovima, osiguranje depozita, ta lista pogodnosti postaje sve manja i manja. Odbijanje da se poštuje osiguranje bila je poslednja kap koja je prelila čašu za mene i naknadno je okončan moj odnos sa Rocketplay-om. Trajno je zatvoren nalog. Neću nastaviti da trošim svoj novac i igram na sajtu koji prikazuje i nudi jednu stvar, međutim, kasnije je ne poštuje. Ovakva stvar je neprijateljska i obmanjuje igrače, a kao i mene, sajt će izgubiti mnogo igrača sa ovim problemom. Verovatno nikada neću videti obećane dve PS5 konzole sada kada je nalog zatvoren uprkos tome što su navodno poslate ili u tranzitu, ali reći ću da je do decembra 2025. sajt bio fokusiran na igrače i da je to bilo sjajno iskustvo. Sajt treba da se fokusira na vreme poklona kako bi stigli na vreme, a ne mesecima nakon prilike, i da počne da bude jasniji i precizniji sa pogodnostima nivoa, jer je za sada VIP program obmanjujući i ne daje nikakvu pravu motivaciju ili razlog za trošenje i igranje kada su pogodnosti smanjene, a jedina prava korist je menadžer naloga koji je ograničen u tome koje su mu informacije dostupne i šta može da uradi, posebno kada koristi eksterne treće strane za pružanje usluga.
Igrači, molim vas, budite svesni ovih negativnih događaja na koje sam naišao na Rocketplay-u. Deljenje informacija i obaveštavanje drugih može pomoći u sprečavanju negativnih iskustava sa drugim igračima. Kako i šta ćete raditi na osnovu mog iskustva je u potpunosti na svakoj osobi, samo budite svesni i donosite informisane odluke.
Over the past 12 months the site has experienced growth and a lot of change, from its player reward system to its ongoing expanding online gaming selection, however with growth the sites once five star player focus has taken a dramatic decline along with its new VIP player reward system. Players once on life time VIP level found ourselves now on the highest VIP level now requiring a set amount of game play to remain on the level over 90 days or drop to a lesser tier. Players like myself we had already spent a considerable amount of money to achieve Lifetime VIP now we are being asked to spend and play more to keep the same perks we were suppose to have for life or loose those perks so what are those perks you say? Firstly a VIP account manager, a person there to assist with issue and to make your time on the site a positive experience, for the most part the manager assigned to me was helpful and supportive then like the old player reward system the VIPs receive gifts from the site each year for Birthday and Xmas and again til the implementation of the new system and until December 2025 Rocketplay was on the ball sending great gifts reaching players on time for those special occassions until Xmas 2025 and then they were not! The Christmas gift arriving late January early February was delivered broken by courier or during transit when a receipt was requested the site is unable to provide so offered to dispatch replacement to date almost May 2026 it has not been received and their birthday gift scheduled in March again almost May 2026 has not been received and its status uncertain creating as a VIP player a huge disappointment and casting a negative view on the reward system in place, we are talking about two PlayStation5’s ☹️ then on top of this one of the reward level perks is a deposit insurance which is a bonus % credited to a players account after they deposit should they loose their deposit ordinarily it’s fine it’s displayed on the reward level as one of the benefits until recent, now since this debacle with the gifts not being received and annoyed at the new VIP reward system implemented I decided that I would decrease my spending at the site until I started to receive the VIP rewards that I was entitled too which is fair I don’t know many out there that would just continue depositing their money if they were not benefiting from the reward system they had achieved! So I decrease my deposits dropped down a reward level which still offered most of the perks, I go to claim the deposit insurance and I’m told no! That my deposits to withdrawals made me ineligible for the deposit insurance WHAT! Despite clearly showing under the list of benefits for the player tier I’m not eligible for the perk. NO where on the level screen does it say subject to conditions next to the displayed level perk not even * and below conditions apply what it clearly shows is reach the tier level enjoy followed by the benefits apparently what’s shown is conditional regardless of achieving the level, along with the level bonus credit players receive it once and only once regardless if you keep the tier your on or drop a tier the bonus reward is a one off basically players can cross that out as a incentive or perk every 90 days but the site still wants you to deposit and play to remain on the tier your on " No thank you " so now players like me can cross the bonus reward credit out and apparently the subject to additional conditions deposit insurance that perk list gets less and less the refusal to honor the insurance was the final straw for me and subsequently ended my relationship with Rocketplay closing the account down permanently, I will not continue to spend my money and play on a site that displays and offers one thing however fails to honour it later this kind of thing is both unfriendly and misleading players and like me the site will loose many players with this issue. I probably will never see the two PS5’s promised now the account is closed despite them supposedly sent or in transit but I will say until December 2025 the site was player focused and it was a great experience the site needs to focus on gift timing so they arrive on time not months after the Occasion and start being clearer and precise with the tier perks because as of now the VIP programme is misleading and gives no real motivation or reason to spend and play when the benefits are reduced and the only real benefit is a account manager who is limited in what information is available to them and what they can do especially when using third using external third parties to provide services.
Players please be aware of these negative events that I have encountered on Rocketplay sharing information and making others aware may help prevent negative experiences occurring with other players.
