Njihov prvi odgovor (posle 8. avgusta): Rečeno je da je to zbog sprečavanja pranja novca i „priznaka trećih strana" u vezi sa povezanim nalozima. Zamolili su me da kontaktiram podršku i iskreno prijavim sve veze, ili će to prijaviti FOU Kurasaa i GoAML-u.
Moj odgovor (9. septembar): Jasno sam rekao da nemam druge naloge nigde. Ponudio sam više informacija ako je potrebno.
Moj podsetnik (30. septembar): Nema odgovora, pa sam pitao za status i vremensku liniju.
Njihova konačna odluka (1. oktobar): Tvrdnja da nisam kontaktirao podršku (ali sam im direktno odgovorio). Slučaj je zatvoren, trajna zabrana, rečeno je da „više nisam dobrodošao". Citirao je njihove uslove i odredbe (odeljak 5) i nisam hteo da pokažem dokaze o prijavi.
Nisu mi dali priliku da objasnim i ignorisali su moj odgovor.
Zašto se žalim
Blokirano bez razloga — nije fer.
Nisu proverili moju stranu i odmah su eskalirali.
Koristio sam AML na osnovu tajnih zastavica, iako sam u potpunosti prošao KYC.
Novac zamrznut, pod stresom.

In August 2025, my account was suddenly blocked without warning. I couldn't withdraw money and didn't even know why. On August 8, I emailed [email protected] asking to sort it out.
Correspondence with Rollbit
Attaching the full email chain (or here's a summary):
Their first reply (after Aug 8): Said it's due to AML and "third-party flags" about linked accounts. Asked me to contact support and honestly declare any links, or they'd report to Curacao FIU and GoAML.
My reply (Sep 9): I clearly said I have no other accounts anywhere. Offered more info if needed.
My reminder (Sep 30): No response, so I followed up asking for status and timeline.
Their final (Oct 1): Claim I didn't contact support (but I replied directly to them). Closed the case, permanent ban, said I'm "no longer welcome." Cited their T&Cs (section 5) and wouldn't show flag evidence.
They didn't give me a chance to explain and ignored my response.
Why I'm Complaining
Blocked without reasons — not fair.
Didn't check my side and escalated right away.
Used AML based on secret flags, even though I passed KYC fully.
Money frozen, stressed out.

Help unblock account and withdraw money.
