Rolbit je ograničio moj račun i zadržao moj puni iznos od 14.062,65 američkih dolara od 19. novembra 2025. godine, datuma mog poslednjeg uspešnog povlačenja sredstava. Zadržavanje sredstava je sada u šestom mesecu. Uprkos punoj saradnji sa svim zahtevima za KYC i izvor sredstava, Rolbit nijednom nije naveo konkretnu klauzulu o Uslovima korišćenja koja opravdava zadržavanje sredstava, nije pružio definisan vremenski rok, nije ponudio pristup dobavljaču alternativnog rešavanja sporova i sada je zatvorio moju formalnu žalbu bez objašnjenja.
Račun je u dobrom stanju. Uspešno sam završio KYC nivoe 1, 2 i 3, sve odobrene od strane Rollbit-a. Uspešno povlačenje je obrađeno 19. novembra 2025. godine, neposredno pre nego što je ograničenje uvedeno. Sporna sredstva nisu sporna u pogledu vlasništva.
Dokumentovan izvor sredstava. Kada je zatražen izvor sredstava, dostavio sam potvrdu o kupovini SOL-a, kontakt podatke prodavca i kompletnu istoriju ćaskanja o osnovnoj transakciji. Kada je agent za podršku kompanije Rollbit, „Razer", zatražio vlasništvo nad novčanikom, potvrdio sam to. Sva dodatna pojašnjenja su dostavljena bez odlaganja. Ni u jednom trenutku Rollbit nije saopštio da je dokumentacija manjkava.
Meseci tišine. Između novembra 2025. i maja 2026. godine, Rolbit nije dao nikakvo pisano obaveštenje o bilo kakvoj istrazi, nije dao nikakvu konkretnu klauzulu o uslovima korišćenja usluge niti vremenski okvir za rešavanje spora. Nisu ponudili pristup alternativnom rešavanju sporova, uprkos obavezi operatera sa licencom Kurasaa.
2. maj 2026. — Formalni zahtev. Poslao sam formalni pisani zahtev na adresu za usklađenost i pravne poslove kompanije Rollbit, tražeći ili isplatu preostalog iznosa ili pisano obrazloženje, navodeći određenu klauzulu o uslovima korišćenja usluge, sa rokom za odgovor od 24 sata. Rok je istekao bez suštinskog odgovora.
4. maj 2026. — Podnošenje CGA. Podneo sam zvaničnu žalbu Kurasaoskoj komisiji za igre na sreću na complaints@cga.cw CGA je potvrdio prijem.
6. maj 2026. — Rolbitova procedura za žalbe. Rolbit je potvrdio prijem moje imejl adrese i otvorio prijem „POTENCIJALNE ŽALBE", zahtevajući šest stavki: registrovanu imejl adresu, korisnički ID, ime i adresu, potvrdu spremnosti za popunjavanje video KYC-a putem GetID-a, rezime problema i predloženo rešenje. Potvrdili su ugovor o nivou usluge (SLA) za odgovor u roku od 20 radnih dana. Svih šest stavki sam dostavio u roku od nekoliko minuta.
6. maj 2026. — Zatvaranje u roku od nekoliko sati. U roku od nekoliko sati nakon što sam dobio moj kompletan odgovor, Rolbit je odgovorio da „smatraju da je stvar zatvorena" i da „više nisam dobrodošao u Rolbitu". Odgovor o zatvaranju:

Nerešeno pitanje. E-poruka o zatvaranju ne govori ništa o postojećem stanju. Ona se odnosi na zabranu, ali ne navodi da li će 14.062,65 američkih dolara biti vraćeno ili zadržano. Posebno sam pisao Rolbit Ligal-u tražeći od njih da potvrde stav o stanju i navedu konkretnu klauzulu o uslovima korišćenja usluge ako se ono zadržava.
Traži se rešenje. Isplata punog iznosa sa računa od 14.062,65 američkih dolara na adresu Solana novčanika po mom izboru. Spreman sam da završim svaku konačnu verifikaciju, uključujući i sam predloženi GetID video KYC Rollbit.

Rollbit has restricted my account and withheld my full balance of USD 14,062.65 since November 19, 2025, the date of my last successful withdrawal. The hold is now in its sixth month. Despite full cooperation with every KYC and source-of-funds requirement, Rollbit has not at any point cited a specific Terms of Service clause justifying the hold, has not provided a defined timeline, has not offered access to an Alternative Dispute Resolution provider, and has now closed my formal complaint without explanation.
Account in good standing. I successfully completed KYC Levels 1, 2, and 3, all approved by Rollbit. A successful withdrawal was processed on November 19, 2025, immediately before the restriction was imposed. The funds at issue are not in dispute as to ownership.
Source of funds documented. When source of funds was requested, I submitted the SOL purchase receipt, the vendor's contact details, and the complete chat history of the underlying transaction. When wallet ownership was requested by Rollbit support agent "Razer," I confirmed it. Every additional clarification was supplied without delay. At no point did Rollbit communicate that the documentation was deficient.
Months of silence. Between November 2025 and May 2026, Rollbit gave no written notice of any investigation, no specific ToS clause, and no resolution timeline. They did not offer ADR access, despite the obligation on Curaçao-licensed operators.
May 2, 2026 — Formal demand. I sent a formal written demand to Rollbit compliance and legal addresses requesting either release of the balance or written justification citing a specific ToS clause, with a 24-hour response window. The window lapsed without substantive response.
May 4, 2026 — CGA filing. I filed a formal complaint with the Curaçao Gaming Authority at complaints@cga.cw. The CGA acknowledged receipt.
May 6, 2026 — Rollbit's complaints procedure. Rollbit acknowledged my email and opened a "POTENTIAL COMPLAINT" intake, requesting six items: registered email, user ID, name and address, confirmation of willingness to complete video KYC via GetID, summary of the issue, and proposed resolution. They confirmed a 20 business day response SLA. I supplied all six items within minutes.
May 6, 2026 — Closure within hours. Within hours of receiving my complete response, Rollbit replied that they "consider the matter closed" and that I am "no longer welcome at Rollbit." The closure response:

The unresolved question. The closure email is silent on the existing balance. It addresses the ban but does not state whether USD 14,062.65 will be released or withheld. I have separately written to Rollbit Legal asking them to confirm the position on the balance and cite a specific ToS clause if it is being withheld.
Resolution sought. Release of the full account balance of USD 14,062.65 to a Solana wallet address of my choosing. I am willing to complete any final verification, including the GetID video KYC Rollbit themselves proposed.
