Podnosim ovu žalbu jer se suočavam sa ozbiljnim problemom sa kompanijom Rollbit, koja je licencirana na Kurasau.
Moj nalog je potpuno verifikovan, ali je moje povlačenje blokirano bez ikakvog jasnog razloga.
Više puta sam kontaktirao njihovu podršku i odeljenje za usklađenost, ali stalno dobijam automatske odgovore bez ikakve prave istrage ili objašnjenja.
Nedavno su me obavestili da treba da navedem sve druge naloge koje eventualno imam — što je potpuno netačno.
Nikada nisam kreirao niti koristio nijedan drugi Rollbit nalog osim svog. Uvek sam poštovao pravila platforme i pravilno završio sve korake verifikacije (KYC).
Uprkos jasnom objašnjenju ovoga, Rolbit i dalje zadržava moje povlačenje sredstava i sada me optužuje za radnje koje nisam počinio, čak pominjući moguće prijave FOU Kurasaoa i GoAML-u — što više deluje kao zastrašivanje nego legitimna zabrinutost zbog nepoštovanja propisa.
S poštovanjem molim tim Goru da pregleda moj slučaj i, ako je moguće, interveniše kod Rolbita kako bi se osiguralo da:
Moj slučaj ručno pregleda pravi službenik za usklađenost;
Moja isplata se odmah obnavlja;
Rolbit pruža transparentno objašnjenje stvarnog razloga za blokadu.
Imam sve imejlove razmenjene sa timovima za podršku i usklađenost kompanije Rollbit, uključujući automatizovane odgovore koje sam dobio, i mogu ih priložiti ovde ako je potrebno.

Hello Goru team and forum members,
I’m submitting this complaint because I’m facing a serious issue with Rollbit, which is licensed in Curaçao.
My account is fully verified, yet my withdrawal was blocked without any clear reason.
I’ve contacted their support and compliance departments multiple times, but I keep receiving automatic responses with no real investigation or explanation.
Recently, they informed me that I need to list any other accounts I might have — which is completely false.
I have never created or used any other Rollbit account besides my own. I’ve always followed the platform’s rules and completed all verification (KYC) steps properly.
Despite explaining this clearly, Rollbit continues to hold my withdrawal and has now accused me of actions I did not commit, even mentioning possible reports to the Curaçao FIU and GoAML — which seems more like intimidation than a legitimate compliance concern.
I respectfully request that the Goru team review my case and, if possible, intervene with Rollbit to ensure that:
My case is manually reviewed by a real compliance officer;
My withdrawal is released immediately;
Rollbit provides a transparent explanation of the actual reason for the block.
I have all the emails exchanged with Rollbit’s support and compliance teams, including the automated replies I’ve received, and I can attach them here if needed.
