Nakon pregleda vašeg slučaja, želeo bih da vas obavestim da ovaj operater ima Politiku neodgovaranja sa našim Centrom za rešavanje žalbi . U prošlosti smo više puta pokušali da komuniciramo sa kazinom u brojnim slučajevima; međutim, oni dosledno nisu odgovarali (ukupno 24 žalbe).

Zbog ovog stalnog nedostatka saradnje, nismo kontaktirali kazino u ovom slučaju, jer je prethodno iskustvo pokazalo da takvi pokušaji ne bi doveli do bilo kakvog značajnog napretka.
Nažalost, bez učešća kazina i pristupa njihovim internim dokazima, nismo u mogućnosti da pravilno procenimo ili posredujemo u ovom slučaju.
Iz tog razloga, ova žalba će sada biti zatvorena kao nerešena .

Kao sledeći korak, preporučujemo vam da razmotrite kontaktiranje nadležnog organa za licenciranje ili regulatornog tela, jer bi oni mogli biti bolje opremljeni da vam dodatno pomognu.

After reviewing your case, I would like to inform you that this operator has a No Reaction Policy with our Complaint Resolution Center. In the past, we have made multiple attempts to engage with the casino across numerous cases; however, they have consistently failed to respond (24 complaints in total).

Due to this ongoing lack of cooperation, we have not contacted the casino in this instance, as previous experience has shown that such attempts would not lead to any meaningful progress.
Unfortunately, without the casino’s participation and access to their internal evidence, we are unable to properly assess or mediate this case.
For this reason, this complaint will now be closed as unresolved.
