Dostavljeni su mi dokazi koji potkrepljuju odluku kazina. Nažalost, nakon prikupljanja svih potrebnih informacija i dokaza, odbacujemo ovu žalbu kao neopravdanu zbog kršenja uslova i odredbi kazina - višestruki/duplikatni nalozi kreirani sa iste IP adrese, isti korisnički agent uređaja (što ukazuje na isti korišćeni uređaj). Štaviše, klađenje na iste sportske događaje i u jednoj prilici 17. januara, klađenje istih iznosa opklada na iste sportske događaje u veoma kratkom roku, sa razmakom od samo nekoliko minuta. Kao što ste potvrdili „Ne poznajem nikoga ko igra na Roletu" i „Igrao sam sa telefona (Honor 90 Lite) i kupio sam ovaj telefon na Fejsbuk Marketplejsu u decembru, tako da je to polovni telefon, ne znam da li je prethodni vlasnik igrao Roletu", što dodatno podržava kršenje pravila. Sve gore navedeno ne može se smatrati pukom slučajnošću. Kazina imaju veoma strogu politiku u vezi sa slučajevima višestrukih/duplikatnih naloga koji su korišćeni na ovaj način.
Kao nezavisni entitet, temeljno smo pregledali informacije i dokaze, a kazino je postupio u skladu sa svojim uslovima i odredbama, kao što vas je tim kazina ranije obavestio.
Pristali ste na pravila kazina kada ste registrovali svoj nalog i vaša je odgovornost, baš kao i svakog drugog igrača, da ih se pridržavate.
Svakako imate pravo da se ne složite sa ovim zaključkom i možete se obratiti organu za licenciranje kazina ili nadležnom regulatornom telu u vašoj jurisdikciji ako i dalje smatrate da je vaš stav opravdan, ali mi nismo u mogućnosti da ponudimo bilo kakvu dodatnu pomoć u vezi sa ovim pitanjem. I was provided with evidence supporting the casino's decision. Unfortunately, after gathering all the necessary information and evidence, we are rejecting this complaint as Unjustified due to breaching the casino's terms and conditions - multiple/duplicate accounts created from the same IP address, the same device user agent (indicating the same device used). Furthermore, placing bets on the same sports betting events and on one occasion on January 17th, placing the same bet amounts on the same sports betting events in very close succession, only a few minutes apart. As you confirmed " I dont know anybody who playes at rolletto" and "I played from phone (honor 90 lite) and i bought this phone from facebook marketplace in december so its a used phone, i dont know if the previous owner played rolletto" which further supports the rule violation. All the abovementioned cannot be considered as a mere coincidence. Casinos have a very strict policy regarding multiple/duplicate account cases that have been used in this way.
As an independent entity, we have reviewed the information and evidence thoroughly, and the casino has acted according to its terms and conditions, as you have been informed by the casino team earlier.
You agreed to the casino rules when you registered your account, and it is your responsibility, just like any other player, to follow them.
You certainly have the right to disagree with this conclusion and can reach out to the casino licensing authority or the appropriate regulatory body in your jurisdiction if you still feel justified in your position, but we are unable to offer any additional assistance regarding this issue.
