Iz Belgije sam i registrovao sam se na Blackjack.fun 5. aprila. Igrao sam nekoliko nedelja (i slotove i sportove) dok nisam odlučio da zatražim isplatu od 25mbtc 28. aprila. Zahtev je bio u režimu čekanja jedan dan, a zatim su me zamolili da podnesem KYC (Potvrdi svog klijenta). Uradio sam to, ali je prvo odbijen i nije mi bilo jasno zašto. Čet uživo je bio veoma spor i trebalo mi je nedeljama da konačno razgovaram sa nekim, ko mi je rekao da je to zbog toga što je račun za komunalne usluge previše star. Zato sam ponovo uradio KYC i ovog puta je sve bilo odobreno, što je potvrđeno u ćaskanju uživo 20. maja (vidi se na snimku ekrana broj jedan). Odmah nakon ovoga, moja isplata koja je još uvek bila na čekanju od 28. aprila, obrađena je u redu.
Dakle, mislio sam da je sve u redu dalje, pošto sam imao potpuno verifikovan nalog i očekivao sam da će buduće isplate biti obrađene bez problema. Sledećeg dana, 22. maja, zatražio sam još jednu isplatu, ovog puta za 45mbtc (pogledajte snimak ekrana dva), ali na moje iznenađenje posle nekoliko dana i dalje je čekala. Tako da sam imao više pokušaja kontakta putem ćaskanja uživo, ali retko ko je odgovarao. Ovo je veoma loša usluga Blackjack.fun-a, većinu vremena nemaju nikoga u ćaskanju uživo. A onih nekoliko puta kada je neko bio u ćaskanju uživo, jednostavno su prestali da odgovaraju nakon 1 ili 2 komentara. Veoma, veoma čudno. Pogledajte snimak ekrana tri za sve razgovore koje sam pokrenuo, a na koje nikada nije odgovoreno ili su jednostavno prestali da odgovaraju na pola puta.
Onda, 26. maja, konačno sam dobio odgovor od nekoga (Laura, pogledajte snimak ekrana četiri) u ćaskanju uživo i rekla je: „Želimo da vas obavestimo da se očekuje da će vaš zahtev za isplatu biti potvrđen danas. Iskreno cenimo vaše strpljenje i pozitivan stav tokom ovog procesa."
Dakle, bio sam 99% siguran da će ovog puta biti rešeno i da ću zaista dobiti povlačenje tog dana, ali nikada nije stiglo. Čak i sada, 9. jula, prošlo je 44 dana, a povlačenje je još uvek u toku!
Onda sam se vratio ćaskanju uživo, mnogo puta ignorisan, ali konačno negde u junu (više ne znam tačan datum) javio se neki momak po imenu Džek. Rekao je: „Razgovaraću odmah sa relevantnim timom. Izvinjavam se zbog toga još jednom. Javićemo vam se uskoro." Ali, opet, niko mi se nije javio i ništa nije obrađeno.
Onda, očajna zbog ove situacije, počela sam da pretražujem internet i otkrila da u Telegramu postoji osoba po imenu Arija, koja izgleda kao viši menadžer tamo. Čak mi je i ona uradila isto što i svi ostali: prvo me je shvatila ozbiljno i pitala u čemu je problem, nakon što sam joj objasnila, izvinila se i predstavila da će ga rešiti, a onda je na kraju ponovo prešla u režim ignorisanja (pogledajte snimke ekrana šest i sedam). Zaista je frustrirajuće biti toliko ignorisan kada čak i imate potpuno KYC verifikovan nalog.
Dakle, sada nemam više opcija da ih kontaktiram, pokušao sam sve. Zato se obraćam CasinoGuru-u za pomoć, zaista se nadam da ćete ih probuditi za mene. Ne verujem da imaju loše namere, ali verujem da treba da poboljšaju svoju igru u pogledu korisničke podrške. Molim vas, dozvolite im da konačno obrade moju isplatu koja čeka na odgovor, jer ne bi trebalo da bude ništa na putu na potvrđenom, potpuno verifikovanom KYC nalogu, a takođe i zbog činjenice da je prethodno povlačenje uspešno obrađeno. I am from Belgium and signed up at Blackjack.fun on April 5th. I played for a few weeks (both slots and sports) until I decided to request a payout of 25mbtc on April 28th. It was kept in pending mode for a day and then I was asked to submit KYC. I did it but it was first rejected and it was unclear to me why. The livechat was very unresponsive and it took me weeks to finally get to speak to someone, who told it was due to the utility bill being too old. So I did the KYC a second time and this time all was approved, as was confirmed in the livechat on May 20th (to be seen in screenshot One). Immediately after this, my still pending payout since April 28th, was processed just fine.
So, I thought, all was fine moving forward since I had a fully verified account and I expected future withdrawal to be processed without problems. So the next day, on May 22nd I requested another payout, this time for 45mbtc (see Screenshot Two), but to my surprise after a few days it was still pending. So I had multiple contact attempts via the livechat but rarely anybody even answered. This is a very bad service of Blackjack.fun that they most of the times have nobody in the livechat. And the few times that there was someone in the livechat, they simply stopped responding after 1 or 2 comments. Very, very weird. See screenshot Three for all the conversations I initated that were never responded to or they simply stopped responding halfway.
Then, on May 26th finally I got someone who answered me (Laura, see Screenshot Four) in livechat and she said "We would like to inform you that your withdrawal request is expected to be confirmed today. We sincerely appreciate your patience and positive attitude throughout this process."
So, I was 99% sure this time it would be solved and that I would indeed receive the withdrawal that day, but it never came. Even now, on July 9th, we are 44 days further and the withdrawal is still pending!
So then I got back to livechatting, with many times being ignored, but finally somewhere in June (don't know the exact date anymore) some guy called Jack answered. He said "I will talk right now with a relevant team. Sorry for that one more time. We will come back to you shortly." But, again, nobody came back to me and nothing was processed.
Then, getting desperate about this situation, I went on to search on the internet and found out that in Telegram there is a person called Aria active, who seems to be a higher manager in there. And even she did the same act to me as all the others: first taking me serious and asking what was the problem, after I explained it politely apologizing and making it look like she was going to solve it, and then in the end going to ignore mode again (see Screenshots Six and Seven). It is really frustrating to be so much ignored when you even have a fully KYC verified account.
So now, I am out of options to contact them, I have tried everything. So I am turning to CasinoGuru for help, I really hope you can wake them up for me. I do not believe they have bad intentions but I do believe they need to up their game in terms of customer support. Please let them finally process my pending payout, because there should be nothing in the way on a confirmed fully KYC verified account, and also due to the fact that a previous withdrawal was succesfully processed.
