Prvobitno sam zatražio povlačenje novca 31. i rečeno mi je da moram da dostavim fotografiju kartice koju sam koristio za uplatu, što sam i uradio.
Zatim sam izvršio podizanje novca 1. januara, čekao sam 3 dana da mi kažu da postoji problem sa dobavljačem plaćanja.
Tražio sam dokaze za ovo, što je dobio unapred napisane poruke.

Njihovi uslovi korišćenja navode da se isplata može zadržati do 72 sata ako je potrebno potvrditi identitet kockara, u suprotnom će biti obrađena u roku od 24 sata. Kažu mi da sam verifikovan, ali ovaj drugi pokušaj isplate je na čekanju već skoro 48 sati.
Posle 5 dana nisam ništa dobio.
I initially requested withdrawal on the 31st and was told I needed to provide a photo of the card I used to make deposit which I did.
I then made withdrawal on the 1st of January, I waited 3 days to be told that there was an issue with the payment provider.

Their terms and conditions state that a withdrawal can be held for up to 72 hours if a gamblers identity needs to be verified, otherwise it will be processed within 24 hours. they are telling me that I have been verified but this second attempt at withdrawal has now been pending for almost 48 hours.
After 5 days I have received nothing.
