Ažuriranje – 12. mart 2026.
Želeo bih da vas obavestim o mom slučaju povlačenja sredstava iz kazina Rolly Spin.
Moj prvi zahtev za isplatu je podnet 28. januara 2026. godine putem Vise. Nakon što sam čekao otprilike dve nedelje bez prijema uplate, odlučio sam da otkažem taj zahtev i podnesem novu isplatu putem SEPA kartice 20. februara 2026. godine, jer sam obavešten da SEPA transferi mogu biti brži.
Od danas, 12. marta 2026. godine, isplata od 2.000 evra se i dalje prikazuje kao „Na čekanju" na mom nalogu i dugme za otkazivanje je i dalje vidljivo.
To znači:
• Prošlo je 43 dana od mog prvog zahteva za povlačenje sredstava.
• Prošlo je 20 dana od zahteva za povlačenje SEPA sredstava.
• Prošlo je približno 14 radnih dana od SEPA zahteva.
Tokom ovog perioda sam mnogo puta kontaktirao podršku putem ćaskanja uživo tražeći novosti. Nažalost, objašnjenja agenata za podršku su bila nedosledna. Neki agenti su pomenuli internu finansijsku obradu, drugi su rekli da isplatu verifikuje provajder igre, dok su drugi jednostavno rekli da nemaju dodatnih informacija.
Dobitci su ostvareni normalnom igrom na slotu Wild Bandito koristeći pravi novac uplaćen na moj račun. Nisu korišćena nikakva bonus sredstva i moj račun je u potpunosti verifikovan. Nisu mi tražena nikakva dodatna dokumenta.
U ovoj fazi status povlačenja se uopšte nije promenio i nisam dobio nikakvo jasno obaveštenje od kazina o tome kada će uplata biti obrađena.
Prilažem snimke ekrana koji prikazuju status isplate i komunikaciju sa podrškom.
Ljubazno molim Casino Guru da mi pomogne u posredovanju u ovom slučaju i da razjasni kada će ovo povlačenje konačno biti obrađeno, jer još uvek imam 8.200€ za podizanje. Hvala vam na pomoći.
Update – 12 March 2026
I would like to provide an update regarding my withdrawal case with Rolly Spin Casino.
My first withdrawal request was submitted on 28 January 2026 via Visa. After waiting approximately two weeks without receiving the payment, I decided to cancel that request and submit a new withdrawal via SEPA on 20 February 2026, as I was informed that SEPA transfers could be faster.
As of today, 12 March 2026, the withdrawal of €2,000 is still showing as "Pending" in my account and the cancel button is still visible.
This means:
• 43 days have passed since my first withdrawal request.
• 20 days have passed since the SEPA withdrawal request.
• Approximately 14 business days have passed since the SEPA request.
During this time I have contacted live chat support many times asking for updates. Unfortunately, the explanations from support agents have been inconsistent. Some agents mentioned internal financial processing, another said the withdrawal was being verified by the game provider, while others simply said they had no further information.
The winnings were obtained from normal gameplay on the slot Wild Bandito using real money deposited in my account. No bonus funds were used and my account is fully verified. I have not been asked to provide any additional documents.
At this stage the withdrawal status has not changed at all and I have not received any clear update from the casino regarding when the payment will be processed.
I am attaching screenshots showing the withdrawal status and the communication with support.
I kindly ask Casino Guru to assist in mediating this case and help clarify when this withdrawal will finally be processed since i still have 8.200€ to withdraw. I please apreciate your help.
