Podnosim žalbu u vezi sa problemom sa mojim nalogom. Aktivno sam igrao u odeljcima Kockice i Onlajn Kazino. Nakon što sam postavio jednu opkladu na tenis, moj pristup odeljku Onlajn Kazino je ukinut, dok je Kockice ostalo dostupno.
Kasnije je sa mog računa (navedenog kao Admin Modify) izvršeno odbijanje od 990,33 dolara. Ova sredstva nisu bili bonusi ili dobici — bila su deo mog stvarnog depozita.

Ukupno isplata: 3.136,00 dolara
Odbitak: 990,33 dolara
Čak i sa ovim odbitkom, moje isplate ne pokrivaju moje depozite. Ovo potvrđuje neto gubitak deponovanih sredstava bez ikakvih prekršaja sa moje strane.
Korisnička podrška kompanije Roobet je odgovorila da je odbitak izvršen zato što se „prethodni dobici sada klasifikuju kao nevažeći" i naveli su da „nisu u mogućnosti da vrate sredstva". Međutim, ovo objašnjenje u ovom slučaju nije validno — odbijena sredstva nisu bili bonusi, već moj lični depozit.

Detaljna istraga i razjašnjenje zašto su „prethodni dobici" poništeni kada je u pitanju pravi novac.
Povraćaj novca od 990,33 dolara, jer ovaj iznos nije bio povezan sa bonusima, promocijama ili bilo kakvim kršenjem pravila.

I am submitting a complaint regarding an issue with my account. I was actively playing in the Dice and Online Casino sections. After placing a single bet on tennis, my access to the Online Casino section was removed, while Dice remained accessible.
Later, a deduction of $990.33 was made from my account (listed as Admin Modify). These funds were not bonuses or winnings — they were part of my real deposit.

Even with this deduction, my withdrawals do not cover my deposits. This confirms a net loss of deposited funds without any violations from my side.
Roobet support responded by saying that the deduction was made because "previous winnings are now being classed as void", and they stated they are "unable to reinstate the funds". However, this explanation is not valid in this case — the deducted funds were not bonuses, but my personal deposit.
I request:
A thorough investigation and clarification of why the "previous winnings" were voided when real money was involved.
A refund of the $990.33, as this amount was not connected to bonuses, promotions, or any rule violation.
