Javljam se u vezi sa mojim nalogom, koji je nedavno blokiran bez prethodnog obaveštenja. Iznenadio sam se kada sam otkrio da više nemam pristup, posebno imajući u vidu da je na računu oko 130.000 INR.
Uvek sam se trudio da poštujem pravila platforme i do sada nisam dobio nikakvo objašnjenje. Kao običan korisnik, verujem da zaslužujem malo jasnoće o tome zašto se to dogodilo. Pročitao sam smernice za pošteno igranje na platformama kao što su Casino Guru i sličnim sajtovima, i jasno je da igrače treba tretirati transparentno i pošteno, posebno kada je u pitanju pravi novac.
Ljubazno tražim pregled mog naloga i jasno objašnjenje ograničenja. Što je još važnije, želeo bih da znam status mojih sredstava i kako se to može rešiti što je pre moguće. Drago mi je da u potpunosti sarađujem ako nešto zatreba sa moje strane.
