Podnosim žalbu u vezi sa kašnjenjem u isplati u kazinu Roostino.
Zatražio sam isplatu od 740 evra. Od tada sam više puta kontaktirao korisničku podršku kazina u proteklih 9 dana. Svaki put mi je korisnička podrška rekla da bi isplata „trebalo uskoro da stigne" ili „uskoro će biti obrađena".
Uprkos ovim ponovljenim uveravanjima, povlačenje još uvek nije isplaćeno, a nije dato jasno objašnjenje niti tačan datum plaćanja. Odgovori korisničke podrške su uvek isti i ne rešavaju problem.
U potpunosti sam sarađivao sa kazinom i pratio sva uputstva. U ovom trenutku, kašnjenje je nerazumno i zabrinut sam zbog prijema svojih sredstava.

I am submitting a complaint regarding a delayed withdrawal at Roostino Casino.
I requested a withdrawal of 740 EUR. Since then, I have contacted the casino’s customer support multiple times over the past 9 days. Each time, customer support has told me that the withdrawal "should arrive shortly" or "will be processed soon".
Despite these repeated assurances, the withdrawal has still not been paid, and no clear explanation or exact payment date has been provided. The responses from customer support are always the same and do not resolve the issue.
I have fully cooperated with the casino and followed all instructions. At this point, the delay is unreasonable, and I am concerned about receiving my funds.
I am asking for:
Immediate processing of my withdrawal of 740 EUR, or
A clear and justified explanation for the delay with a confirmed payment timeline.
