Podnosim ovu žalbu protiv RTBet kazina u vezi sa nepravednom konfiskacijom mojih dobitaka sa turnira u ukupnom iznosu od 750 evra.
Detalji spornih dobitaka su sledeći:
* WINTERFINITY CLASH LIVE – Rezultat: 1. mesto – Nagrada: 250 evra (Turirni period: 29.12 - 31.12)
* STARTUJE SPIN & WIN 2026 – Rezultat: 6. mesto – Nagrada: 500 evra (Turnirski period: 05.01 - 11.01)
Problem:
U sredu, 7. januara 2026. godine, dok je drugi turnir već bio u toku i nakon što je prvi završen, primio sam imejl od RTBet-a u kojem je navedeno da moj nalog „više ne ispunjava uslove za primanje bilo kakvih dobitaka sa turnira". Kazino je od tada odbio da mi dodeli nagrade za oba takmičenja.
Važno je napomenuti da je moj nalog i dalje potpuno aktivan. I dalje mogu da se prijavim i igram sa svojim sredstvima; kazino mi je samo ograničio mogućnost da primam nagrade za takmičenja koja sam već osvojio ili u kojima sam učestvovao pre nego što je obaveštenje poslato.
Moji argumenti:
* Retroaktivna primena: Učestvovao/la sam na ovim turnirima u dobroj veri, koristeći prava sredstva, dok je moj račun bio u potpunosti podoban. Kazino je izdao obaveštenje o isključenju nakon što sam već obezbedio/la dobitne pozicije. Prema standardima fer-pleja, promotivna zabrana treba da se primenjuje samo na buduće događaje, a ne na već osvojene dobitke ili takmičenja koja su trenutno u toku.
* Nedostatak dokaza/obrazloženja: Kazino je naveo opšte uslove (klauzule 7.3 i 9.4) u vezi sa „razumnom sumnjom" na zloupotrebu, ali nije pružio nikakav konkretan razlog ili dokaz o tome kako sam navodno prekršio njihove uslove. Činjenica da moj nalog nije zatvoren dodatno dokazuje da nije došlo do ozbiljnog kršenja uslova (kao što je prevara ili korišćenje višestrukih naloga).
* Predatorska upotreba uslova: Kazino koristi klauzule o „isključivom nahođenju" kako bi izbegao isplatu legitimnih dobitaka uspešnom igraču.
Pokušao sam da ovo rešim uz njihovu podršku i upravljanje, ali su ostali ravnodušni, navodeći da je njihova odluka „konačna i ne može se pregovarati".
Priložio sam snimke ekrana konačnih rang lista koje prikazuju moj plasman i imejl prepisku sa kazinom. Molim vas za posredovanje kako biste mi pomogli da povratim svoj legitimni dobitak od 750 evra.

The Issue:
On Wednesday, January 7th, 2026, while the second tournament was already in progress and after the first one had concluded, I received an email from RTBet stating that my account is "no longer eligible to receive any Tournament Winnings." The casino has since refused to credit my prizes for both competitions.
It is important to note that my account remains fully active. I can still log in and play with my own funds; the casino has only restricted my ability to receive rewards for competitions I have already won or participated in before the notice was sent.
My arguments:
* Retroactive Application: I participated in these tournaments in good faith, using real funds, while my account was fully eligible. The casino issued the exclusion notice after I had already secured winning positions. According to fair play standards, a promotional ban should only apply to future events, not to winnings already earned or competitions currently in progress.
* Lack of Evidence/Reasoning: The casino has cited general terms (clauses 7.3 and 9.4) regarding "reasonable suspicion" of abuse but has failed to provide any specific reason or evidence of how I supposedly breached their terms. The fact that my account has not been closed further proves that no serious breach of terms (such as fraud or multi-accounting) has occurred.
* Predatory Use of Terms: The casino is using "sole discretion" clauses to avoid paying out legitimate winnings to a successful player.
I have attempted to resolve this through their support and management, but they have remained dismissive, stating their decision is "final and non-negotiable."
I have attached screenshots of the final leaderboards showing my rankings and the email correspondence with the casino. I am asking for your mediation to help me recover my legitimate winnings of 750 EUR.
