Uplatio/la sam depozit od 9.000 ₹ 20. marta 2026. putem UPI-ja, ali iznos još uvek nije uplaćen na moj račun.
Prošlo je više od 3 dana od transakcije i uprkos višestrukim praćenjima, problem ostaje nerešen.
Već sam poslao više od 10 imejlova timu za podršku sa svim potrebnim dokazima, uključujući potvrdu o uplati i detalje transakcije, ali nisam dobio nikakav odgovor sa njihove strane.
Pored toga, kada kontaktiram podršku putem ćaskanja uživo, oni stalno daju isti odgovor: „Još nemamo ažuriranja", bez pružanja ikakve stvarne pomoći ili vremenskog okvira.
Ova situacija je izuzetno frustrirajuća i neprihvatljiva. Molim vas za pomoć u rešavanju ovog problema i osiguravanju da moj depozit bude uplaćen što je pre moguće.
I made a deposit of ₹9,000 on 20 March 2026 via UPI, but the amount has still not been credited to my account.
It has been more than 3 days since the transaction, and despite multiple follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved.
I have already sent more than 10 emails to the support team with all the required proof, including the payment receipt and transaction details, but I have not received any response from their side.
Additionally, when I contact the live chat support, they keep giving the same response: "We have no update yet," without providing any real assistance or timeline.
This situation is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I request your help in resolving this issue and ensuring that my deposit is credited as soon as possible.
