U decembru 2025. godine sam se registrovao na Shakebet-u sa potpuno istim imejlom i ličnim podacima i verifikovao svoj nalog.
Učestvovao sam na turniru i na moje iznenađenje sam kao nagradu dobio 30€ u kešu u Skyhills kazinu (odakle sam i dalje trajno isključen)
Molimo pogledajte priloženu e-poštu, link vodi do Skyhills-a, a ceo raspored, uključujući i logo, je sa Skyhills-a, uprkos tome što je Shakebet pošiljalac.
Dakle, prilično je očigledno da je Shakebet zapravo Skyhills i da je moje prethodno samoisključenje ignorisano.
Zahtevam povraćaj uplata uplaćenih na Shakebet, naravno isključujući isplate, što i dalje rezultira sa 4.170 €, i trajno zatvaranje mog naloga.
Kontaktirao sam kazino pre nego što sam otvorio ovu žalbu, oni su mi samo zatvorili račun bez ikakvih daljih komentara, ali su odbili da vrate depozite.

In December 2025 I have registered at Shakebet with exactly the same email and personal data, and verified my account.
I participated in a tournament and to my surprise as a prize I got 30€ Cash at Skyhills Casino (where I am still permanentely excluded)
Please see the attached Email, the Link goes to Skyhills and also the whole Layout including the Logo is from Skyhills, despite Shakebet beeing the sender.
So it is pretty obvious that Shakebet actually is Skyhills and my prior self exclusion has been ignored.
I demand to refund the deposits made at Shakebet, of course excluding paid withdrawals, which still results in 4.170 €, and permanent closure of my account.
I contacted the casino before opening this complaint, they did only close my account without any further comment but refuse to refund the deposits.
