Već mesecima pokušavam da kontaktiram Shuffle u vezi sa isplatama.
Sve je počelo kada sam pokušao da podignem svoj $SHFL, imam oko 5000 dolara unutra, nisam dobijao OTP kodove na svoju e-poštu, više puta sam se mučio, ali bezuspešno sam morao da razgovaram sa podrškom.
U početku je podrška u kazinu bila veoma uslužna, pokušavajući da mi pomogne da dobijem svoj OTP kod za isplatu. Međutim, nakon neuspelog pokušaja, službenik za podršku mi je rekao da se odjavim iz Shuffle-a i ponovo se prijavim.
Dakle, odjavio sam se i nakon toga nisam mogao ponovo da se prijavim, čudno, stalno sam pokušavao, ali me i dalje nije htelo ponovo da se prijavim.
Poslao sam imejl, poruku njihovoj službi za pomoć na X, ali nikada nisam dobio odgovor, sada mi je nalog zaključan i ne mogu da podignem novac, voleo bih da se ovo reši jer sam dugogodišnji korisnik Shuffle-a, kockajući skoro milion dolara.
Nema odgovora od tima i nema pružene pomoći, samo želim da mi se novac vrati i da nastavim dalje.
I have been trying to contact shuffle over withdrawals for months now.
It all started when i tried to withdraw my $SHFL, i have around 5000 usd in there, I was not receiving the OTP codes to my email, i tired multiple times but to no avail i had to speak to support.
At first the in casino support where very helpful, trying to help me get my OTP code for the withdrawal. However after a failed attempt, the support officer told me to log out of shuffle and sign back in again.
So i logged out and after that i couldnt log back in, strange, i kept trying but still wouldnt log me back in.
I emailed, messaged their help desk on X but i have never received a reply, now my account is locked and I cannot withdraw my money, I wish this to be resolved as i have been a long term user of shuffle, gambling nearly 1 million dollars.
No response from team and no help given, i just want my funds back and to move on.
