Uplatio sam sredstva, legalno se kladio bez korišćenja bonusa i osvojio priličnu sumu. Podneo sam zahtev za isplatu 750 evra i moj račun je u potpunosti KYC verifikovan.
Međutim, moje povlačenje je zaglavljeno u statusu „pregled" više od 10 dana, a od tima za podršku dobijam samo generičke odgovore bez jasnog rešenja ili vremenskog okvira.
Dostavio sam svu traženu dokumentaciju i više puta komunicirao sa podrškom.
U ovom trenutku, takođe sam podneo formalnu žalbu njihovom menadžeru za usklađenost (Xecutive Corporate Management BV) i obraćam se Casino.guru kao dodatnom kanalu za traženje pomoći.

I deposited funds, placed legal bets without using any bonuses, and won a fair amount. I submitted a withdrawal request of 750 EUR, and my account is fully KYC verified.
However, my withdrawal has been stuck in "review" status for over 10 days, and I have received only generic replies from the support team with no clear resolution or timeline.
