Obraćam se za vašu pomoć u vezi sa problemom koji imam sa Shuffle Casino-om.
Pokušao/la sam da podignem svoja sredstva, ali status povlačenja je već nekoliko dana „na čekanju". Zabrinut/a zbog kašnjenja, kontaktirao/la sam podršku kazina uživo da pitam da li postoji neki problem. Odmah sam obavešten/a da moram da završim verifikaciju identiteta, uključujući slanje lične karte, dokaza o adresi i prolaženje provere živog identiteta.
Razumem i u potpunosti prihvatam potrebu za verifikacijom — to je standardna bezbednosna mera i bez oklevanja sam ispunio sve zahteve. Međutim, problem je što se moj status verifikacije već četiri dana prikazuje kao „uspešno završeno" na njihovoj veb stranici, a moje povlačenje još uvek nije obrađeno.
Počinjem da se osećam veoma zabrinuto za bezbednost svojih sredstava. Nije prihvatljivo da je proces verifikacije navodno završen, ali kazino još uvek nije odobrio moju isplatu niti pružio bilo kakvu informaciju.

I am reaching out for your assistance regarding a troubling issue I am experiencing with Shuffle Casino.
I attempted to withdraw my funds, but the status of the withdrawal has remained "pending" for several days. Concerned about the delay, I contacted the casino’s live support to ask if there was any issue. I was immediately informed that I need to complete identity verification, including submitting my id, proof of address, and passing a liveness check.
I understand and fully accept the need for verification — it's a standard security measure, and I complied with all the requirements without hesitation. However, the problem is that my verification status has shown as "successfully completed" on their website for four days now, yet my withdrawal is still not processed.
I am starting to feel very concerned about the safety of my funds. It is not acceptable that the verification process is supposedly complete, but the casino still hasn’t approved my withdrawal or provided any update.
