Podnosim zvaničnu žalbu protiv kompanije Shuffle, kojom upravlja Natural Nine BV (licenca Kurasaoa OGL/2024/1337/0628), zbog nepoštovanja zahteva za samoisključenje iz odgovornog kockanja.
Dana 3. februara 2026. u 14:34 časova po istočnoameričkom vremenu, zatražio sam nadoknadu mojih gubitaka zbog problema sa mentalnim zdravljem i kockanjem. U istoj poruci sam zatražio da se moj nalog samoisključi zbog problema sa kockanjem. Uprkos ovom zahtevu, samoisključenje nije sprovedeno, a moj nalog je ostao u potpunosti dostupan. Nastavio sam da trpim finansijske gubitke nakon podnošenja ovog zahteva.
Više puta sam kontaktirao podršku kompanije Shuffle i naveo imejl adresu povezanu sa mojim nalogom kada je to zatraženo. Međutim, nisam dobio nikakav suštinski odgovor niti potvrdu da je moja žalba prosleđena službi za odgovorno igranje.
Podnosim ovu žalbu kako bih zahtevao/la formalni pregled Shuffle-ovih procedura za odgovorno igranje i da bih zatražio/la nadoknadu mojih gubitaka. Spreman/na sam da priložim svu prateću dokumentaciju, uključujući originalni zahtev, vremenske oznake, istoriju gubitaka i prepisku sa podrškom.

I am submitting a formal complaint against Shuffle, operated by Natural Nine B.V. (Curaçao License OGL/2024/1337/0628), for a failure to implement a responsible gaming self-exclusion request.
On February 3rd 2026 at 2:34pm EST, I asked for a reimbursement of my losses due to a mental health and gambling problem concerns. In the same message I requested that my account be self-excluded due to problem gambling concerns. Despite this request, the self-exclusion was not actioned, and my account remained fully accessible. I continued to incur financial losses after submitting this request.
I contacted Shuffle support multiple times and provided the email associated with my account when requested. However, I have received no substantive response or confirmation that my complaint was escalated to responsible gaming compliance.
I am submitting this complaint to request a formal review of Shuffle’s responsible gaming procedures and to seek reimbursement of my losses. I am willing to include all supporting documentation, including the original request, timestamps, loss history, and correspondence with support.
