He claimed that the casino cited 'suspicious activity' as the reason and he still had a pending withdrawal from 6 days before the account suspension. The player insisted there was no suspicious activity and believed the casino was fraudulently withholding his winnings of 44 lakh rupees. We attempted to mediate the situation by inviting the casino representative to provide an explanation and resolve the issue. However, the casino did not respond within the set timeframe. Consequently, the complaint was closed as 'unresolved'.
