Ovo je prilično frustrirajuće i obmanjujuće jer nisu mogli da vide naše informacije i dovršetak igranja od 1400 dolara samo da bi im tada bila uskraćena maksimalna isplata od 100 dolara zbog neslaganja u sistemu kazina. Ako su informacije dostupne agentima, trebalo bi da budu dostupne i klijentima.
Molim vas da ispravite probleme jer je ovo obmanjujuće i krajnje obeshrabrujuće.

A request that I verify my account via lightchain wallet was made when I proceeded to withdraw my winnings today. I completed this step and withdrawal then appeared as approved. It was canceled shortly after. When I inquired in these regards I was told I had previously played a no deposit bonus and that a cash topup is required in between each no deposit bonus played.
I asked the agent at that point why I could not see this in my transaction history and why the last transaction to appear was the activation of the FREE45 bonus I started on March 28. The agent proceeded to inform me only the last 30 days are made available for our information and this even in the "ALL" transactions category.
This is quite frustrating and misleading that were unable to see our information and completing $1400 playthroughs just to then be denied our maximum payout of $100 due to a discrepancy in the casinos system. If the information is available to the agents, it should also be available to the clients.
I ask that you kindly rectify the issues as this is misleading and extremely discouraging.
