Daću malo više detalja. Poslao sam svoj prvi imejl 15. februara pitajući da li bi moj nalog mogao biti deaktiviran do 20. februara kako ne bih prokockao svoj dobitak. Naslov imejla je bio „Pitanje o nalogu", pa sam pomislio da bi možda trebalo da promenim naslov u „Pitanje o nalogu, pauza za igru", pa sam istog dana, 15. februara, poslao dva imejla. 16. februara i dalje nisam dobio odgovor, pa sam prosledio imejlove koje sam poslao 15. februara, dodajući da imam ozbiljan problem sa kockanjem i da sam već izgubio 2000 dolara i da molim za pomoć, tako da imejl od 16. februara nije dobio odgovor. 17. februara sam prosledio sve imejlove koje sam poslao počev od 15. februara, ponovo tražeći pomoć, ali nisam dobio odgovor. 18. februara sam potražio imejl sa žalbama protiv Slot Mafia nadajući se da ću pronaći drugi način da ih kontaktiram, jer sam između svih imejlova koje sam poslao bio i na ćaskanju uživo, izražavajući da imam ozbiljan problem sa kockanjem i danima se obraćam za pomoć putem imejla, ali nisam dobio odgovor. Rečeno mi je da ne mogu da mi pomognu da kontaktiram podršku putem imejla. U svakom slučaju, pronašao sam drugu imejl adresu koja je support@slot-mafia.net , pa sam 18. februara poslao imejl na ovu adresu nadajući se da ću možda dobiti odgovor, s obzirom da su svi drugi pokušaji propali. Zatim, 18. februara kasnije tog dana, VIP osoba me je kontaktirala i poslao sam vam taj imejl. Odgovorio sam, ali je njen odgovor kasnio i njen imejl nije zaista rešio problem niti je uopšte rešio moj problem. Poslao sam još jedan imejl, ali do kraja dana, 19. februara, izgubio sam 14.000 dolara. Konačno, 20. februara, VIP osoba je odgovorila da je moj nalog zatvoren. Hvala vam puno.

I will give a bit more detail. I sent my first email on Feb 15th asking if my account could be disabled until Feb 20th so I would not gamble away my winnings. The subject on the email was "Account Question" then I thought maybe i should change the subject line to" Account Question Game Break" so on the same day Feb 15th i sent 2 emails. On Feb 16th I still did not hear back so I forwarded the emails i sent Feb 15th adding that i have a serious gambling problem and have already lost $2000 and to please help so Feb 16th email had no response. Feb 17th i forwarded all of the emails I sent starting from Feb 15 again requesting help with no response. On Feb 18 I looked up slot mafia complaint email hoping to find another way to contact them because in between all the emails I sent I was also on the live chat expressing that I have a serious gambling problem and have been reaching out for help for days by email with no response, I was told they cant help me to contact support by email. Anyway I found another email address which is support@slot-mafia.net, so Feb 18th i sent an email to this address hoping to maybe get a response seeing as all other attempts had failed. Then Feb 18th later in the day the VIP reached out I sent that email to you. I responded but her response was delayed and her email did not really address the issue or resolve my issue at all. I sent another email but by the end of the day Feb 19th I had lost $14,000. Finally Feb 20th VIP responded that my account was closed. Thank you so much
