Napravio/la sam svoj nalog 1. maja 2026. Moj nalog je blokiran 12. maja 2026.
Kako sam saznao za blok:
Otkrio/la sam da mi je nalog blokiran kada sam pokušao/la da mu pristupim / nastavim sa isplatom i nisam mogao/la. Nije bilo prethodnog upozorenja.
Odigrane utakmice:
Igrao sam kombinaciju slot igara i sportskog klađenja.
Poreklo stanja (bonus ili ne):
Nisam koristio nikakav bonus ili promociju ni u jednom trenutku. Sva igra je obavljena isključivo mojim sopstvenim uplaćenim sredstvima.

Moji dokumenti nisu pregledani više od 10 dana.
Račun je potom blokiran bez prethodne najave.
I dalje sam u potpunosti spreman da sarađujem i dostavim sva potrebna dodatna dokumenta, uključujući i izvor finansiranja.
Međutim, trenutna situacija deluje nepravedno, posebno imajući u vidu da sam sve vreme delovao u dobroj veri.
Bio bih vam zahvalan na pomoći u pronalaženju pravednog i blagovremenog rešenja.

How long I was a player & when account was blocked:
I created my account on May 1st, 2026. My account was blocked on May 12th, 2026.
How I found out about the block:
I discovered that my account was blocked when I attempted to access it / proceed with my withdrawal and was unable to do so. There was no prior warning.
Games played:
I played a combination of slot games and sports betting.
Balance origin (bonus or not):
I did NOT use any bonus or promotion at any time. All gameplay was done exclusively with my own deposited funds.
Deposits:
I deposited approximately $27,000 in a single day.
Documents requested by the casino:
I uploaded my KYC documents immediately after creating the account (proof of identity, etc.). However, these documents remained in "pending" status until May 12th, when my account was suddenly blocked.
I would like to emphasize that:
I fully complied with the verification process from the very beginning.
I did not delay or avoid any checks
My funds are legitimate and can be fully justified.
What concerns me most is that:
My account was allowed to accept a very large deposit immediately.
My documents were not reviewed for over 10 days.
