Predmet: Žalba u vezi sa zadržavanjem povlačenja sredstava i zahtev za dokaz o putovanju

Želeo bih da podnesem žalbu u vezi sa načinom na koji je Slotoro.bet obradio moju isplatu.
Registrovao sam svoj nalog, završio potpunu KYC verifikaciju koju je zahtevao kazino i moj identitet je uspešno odobren. Uplatio sam depozit koristeći sopstvena sredstva, dobio bonus na depozit, ispunio sve uslove za klađenje, a moj iznos za isplatu je bio ograničen na maksimalni iznos bonusa od 1.050 evra.
Nakon što je zatražio povlačenje novca, kazino je obustavio isplatu i zatražio da pružim dokaz da sam fizički bio prisutan u Nemačkoj i Švedskoj određenih datuma.
Objasnio sam da ne mogu da pružim takva dokumenta jer ih ne posedujem. Putovanje unutar Šengenskog prostora ne podrazumeva granične kontrole i ni u jednom trenutku nisam obavešten da ću morati da čuvam dokaz o svojoj lokaciji dok koristim kazino. Takođe sam zamolio kazino da precizira koje tačno dokumente očekuju u tim okolnostima.
Uprkos mojim zahtevima, kazino nije identifikovao konkretnu klauzulu u svojim Uslovima i odredbama koja obavezuje igrača da dokaže fizičko prisustvo u drugoj zemlji nakon što je podnet zahtev za isplatu. Umesto toga, oni više puta navode da moram ili da pružim dokaz o putovanju ili da prihvatim konfiskaciju mog stanja.
Kazino mi je sada ponudio sledeće „rešenje":
moj nalog će biti ponovo otvoren;
moj dug od 1.050 evra će biti uklonjen;
350 evra će ostati na mom računu kao „gest lojalnosti".
Ne smatram ovo pravednim rešenjem.
S poštovanjem molim za nezavisnu proveru da li kazino ima pravo da mi oduzme dobitke samo zato što ne mogu da pružim dokumenta koja dokazuju moje fizičko prisustvo u Nemačkoj i Švedskoj, uprkos tome što sam prošao KYC i ispunio objavljene uslove za bonus.
Sačuvao sam svu prepisku sa kazinom i mogu da pružim snimke ekrana i imejlove na zahtev.

Ispunio/la sam uslove klađenja za moj bonus na depozit u skladu sa pravilima bonusa kazina.

Umesto obrade moje isplate, dobio sam imejl od kazina u kojem se traži da dostavim zvanična dokumenta koja dokazuju da sam bio fizički prisutan u Nemačkoj 25.06.2026. i Švedskoj 24.06.2026.
Odgovorio sam objašnjavajući da ne posedujem nikakva takva dokumenta jer putovanje unutar Šengenskog prostora obično ne generiše zvanični dokaz o prisustvu, posebno kada se putuje bez rezervacije hotela ili plaćanja karticom.
Zamolio sam kazino da pojasni koje konkretne dokumente očekuju da dostavim.

Nisam dobio odgovor na svoj imejl.
Poslao sam dodatnu poruku sa pitanjem da li je moj odgovor primljen i da li su potrebne dodatne informacije.
Opet, nisam dobio nikakav odgovor.

Pošto na moje imejlove nisam dobio odgovor, kontaktirao sam kazino putem ćaskanja uživo.
Tokom razgovora, agent za podršku me je obavestio da postoje samo dva moguća objašnjenja:
Bio sam fizički prisutan u Nemačkoj i Švedskoj; ili
Koristio sam VPN.
Ponovo sam pitao koji zvanični dokumenti mogu realno dokazati putovanje unutar Šengenskog prostora.
Agent za podršku je predložio primere kao što su rezervacije hotela ili računi, ali nije objasnio kako igrač koji nije imao takve dokumente može da ispuni ovaj zahtev.
Tokom razgovora nije doneta konačna odluka.

tačnu klauzulu o Uslovima i odredbama koja potkrepljuje njihov zahtev;
pojašnjenje ugovorne osnove za zahtevanje dokaza o fizičkom prisustvu;

Kazino je odgovorio da je njihova administracija pregledala moj slučaj.
Naveli su da su otkrivena prijavljivanja na naloge iz Nemačke i Švedske.
Međutim, nisu identifikovali tačnu klauzulu o Uslovima i odredbama koja zahteva od igrača da dostave dokaz o fizičkom prisustvu u tim zemljama.
Umesto toga, ponudili su dve opcije:
Dostavite dokaz da sam bio fizički prisutan u Nemačkoj i Švedskoj na tražene datume; ili
Prihvatite da bi mi bilo oduzeto stanje od 1.050 evra, dok bi 350 evra ostalo na mom računu kao „gest lojalnosti".
Subject: Complaint regarding withheld withdrawal and request for travel proof
Hello,
I would like to submit a complaint regarding the handling of my withdrawal by Slotoro.bet.
I registered my account, completed the full KYC verification requested by the casino, and my identity was successfully approved. I made a deposit using my own funds, received a deposit bonus, fulfilled all wagering requirements, and my withdrawable balance was limited to the bonus maximum cashout of €1,050.
After requesting my withdrawal, the casino suspended the payment and requested that I provide proof that I was physically present in Germany and Sweden on certain dates.
I explained that I cannot provide such documents because I do not possess them. Travel within the Schengen Area does not involve border controls, and I was not informed at any point that I would need to retain evidence of my location while using the casino. I also asked the casino to specify what exact documents they expected in these circumstances.
Despite my requests, the casino has not identified the specific clause in its Terms and Conditions that obliges a player to prove physical presence in another country after a withdrawal request has been made. Instead, they repeatedly state that either I must provide travel proof or accept the confiscation of my balance.
The casino has now offered me the following "resolution":
my account will be reopened;
my €1,050 balance will be removed;
€350 will remain on my account as a "gesture of loyalty."
I do not consider this a fair resolution.
I respectfully request an independent review of whether the casino is entitled to confiscate my winnings solely because I cannot provide documents proving my physical presence in Germany and Sweden, despite having passed KYC and complied with the published bonus conditions.
I have kept all correspondence with the casino and can provide screenshots and emails upon request.

Instead of processing my withdrawal, I received an email from the casino requesting that I provide official documents proving that I was physically present in Germany on 25.06.2026 and Sweden on 24.06.2026.
I replied explaining that I did not possess any such documents because travel within the Schengen Area does not normally generate official proof of presence, especially when travelling without hotel bookings or card payments.
I asked the casino to clarify what specific documents they expected me to provide.

I received no response to my email.
I sent a follow-up message asking whether my reply had been received and whether any additional information was required.
Again, I received no response.

Since my emails remained unanswered, I contacted the casino via Live Chat.
During the conversation, the support agent informed me that there were only two possible explanations:
I was physically present in Germany and Sweden; or
I was using a VPN.
I again asked what official documents could realistically prove travel within the Schengen Area.
The support agent suggested examples such as hotel reservations or receipts but did not explain how a player who had no such documents could satisfy this request.
No final decision was made during the chat.

the exact Terms & Conditions clause supporting their request;
clarification of the contractual basis for requiring proof of physical presence;
information about the official dispute resolution procedure.
Casino's final response
The casino replied that their administration had reviewed my case.
They stated that account logins had been detected from Germany and Sweden.
However, they did not identify the exact Terms & Conditions clause that requires players to provide proof of physical presence in those countries.
Instead, they offered two options:
Provide proof that I was physically present in Germany and Sweden on the requested dates; or
Accept that my €1,050 balance would be confiscated, while €350 would remain on my account as a "gesture of loyalty."
