Igrao sam u Vulkan Vegasu šest godina bez većih problema, tako da sam poverovao promotivnoj poruci koju su mi poslali ove nedelje pozivajući me da isprobam Slotoro kazino. Prihvatio sam ponudu, uplatio značajnu sumu novca i otpremio sva potrebna dokumenta za verifikaciju identiteta.
Posle nekog vremena, osvojio sam oko 600 evra i zatražio isplatu. Tada su počeli problemi. Odjednom su me zamolili da ponovo otpremim svoja dokumenta za verifikaciju, ali je veb-sajt stalno prikazivao poruku o „grešci" i bilo je nemoguće završiti otpremanje. Kontaktirao sam podršku i rekli su mi da umesto toga pošaljem dokumenta imejlom. Pratio sam njihova uputstva, poslao sve što su tražili — i ubrzo nakon toga, moj nalog je jednostavno blokiran bez ikakvog odgovarajućeg objašnjenja.
Ono što ovo čini još sumnjivijim jeste to što Slotoro i Vulkan Vegas izgledaju gotovo identično po dizajnu i strukturi, pa čak i komunikacija sa podrškom izgleda da dolazi od istog tima. Nakon što sam blokiran, kontaktirao sam Vulkan Vegas da se požalim na prevarantski kazino koji su mi promovisali. Ironično, isti tim za podršku je odgovorio tvrdeći da „ništa ne znaju" i rekli su da je Slotoro navodno pouzdan kazino, u osnovi kriveći mene za situaciju.
Po mom mišljenju, ovo ponašanje je izuzetno sumnjivo: sve funkcioniše dobro dok gubite novac, ali čim dobijete i zatražite povlačenje, odjednom se javljaju beskrajni problemi sa verifikacijom, nakon čega sledi blokiranje naloga.
Toplo NE preporučujem korišćenje ni Slotoroa ni Vulkan Vegasa. Veoma neprofesionalan odnos prema kupcima, nikakva odgovornost i potpuno narušen osećaj poverenja.

After some time, I won around €600 and requested a withdrawal. That’s when the problems started. They suddenly asked me to upload my verification documents again, but the website constantly showed an "error" message and it was impossible to complete the upload. I contacted support, and they told me to send the documents by email instead. I followed their instructions, sent everything they requested — and shortly after that, my account was simply blocked without any proper explanation.
What makes this even more suspicious is that Slotoro and Vulkan Vegas appear almost identical in design and structure, and even the support communication seems to come from the same team. After being blocked, I contacted Vulkan Vegas to complain about the scam-like casino they had promoted to me. Ironically, the same support team replied claiming they "knew nothing" and said Slotoro was supposedly a trustworthy casino, basically blaming me for the situation.
In my opinion, this behavior is extremely suspicious: everything works fine while you are losing money, but the moment you win and request a withdrawal, suddenly there are endless verification issues followed by account blocking.
I strongly do NOT recommend using either Slotoro or Vulkan Vegas. Very unprofessional customer treatment, zero accountability, and a completely broken sense of trust.
