Dana 11. oktobra 2025. godine sam uplatio depozit od 2300 američkih dolara na Slotsdon sa bonusom dobrodošlice. Izgubio sam sav iznos depozita i bonusa. Međutim, promocija dobrodošlice je uključivala i povraćaj novca. Dana 13. oktobra 2025. godine sam primio imejl od Slotsdon-a da je povraćaj novca stigao (mogu da dostavim sve imejlove ako je potrebno).
Istog dana sam podigao ceo iznos povrata novca - 343,24 evra. Međutim, pošto nisam primao uplatu duže od 10 dana, prijavio sam se na slotsdon i otkrio da mi povraćaj novca nije isplaćen - sistem je pokazao da je 14. oktobra 2025. godine slotsdon izvršio odbitak sa stanja za taj iznos (343,24 evra) - slika ekrana je u prilogu.
Treba napomenuti da nisam dobio nikakvo obaveštenje o ovoj akciji od kazina. Štaviše, 14. oktobra, - istog dana kada mi je Slotsdon ukrao kešbek, dobio sam imejl da sam postao VIP (mogu se dostaviti ako je potrebno).
Dana 2. novembra 2025. godine, pisao sam Slotsdon-u putem ćaskanja sa pitanjem zašto nisam primio povraćaj novca i nisam dobio nikakav razuman odgovor (ceo ćaskanje je u prilogu), a kazino nije pružio nikakvo obrazloženje za svoju akciju i nije bio u mogućnosti da napravi pravnu referencu na uslove i odredbe.
Znam da nisam ništa prekršio i da je ovo čista prevara u kazinu i ljubazno vas molim za pomoć u rešavanju situacije i obaveštavanju drugih igrača da izbegavaju ovaj prevarni kazino.

On 11 October 2025 I made deposit of 2300 usdt on slotsdon with welcome bonus. I have lost all deposit and bonus amount. However, welcome promotion included also cashback. On 13 October 2025 I have received an e-mail from slotsdon, that cashback has arrived (I can provide all e-mails if needed).
Same day I put full amount of the cashback - EUR 343.24 on withdrawal. However, as I was not receiving payment for more than 10 days I made login to slotsdon and found that my cashback was not paid to me, - the system showed that on 14 October 2025 slotsdon made balance deduction by that amount (343.24 EUR) - printscreen attached.
I should mention that I did not received any notification on this action from casino. Moreover, on 14 October, - same day when slotsdon stole my cashback I received mail that I became VIP (can be provided if needed).
On 2 November 2025 I wrote to slotsdon via chat with question, why I haven't received my cashback and did not received any reasonable answer (full chat attached) and casino did not provide any justification on their action and was not able to make any legal reference to terms and conditions.
I know that I haven't breached anything and this is pure scam casino and I kindly ask your assistance to solve situation and also inform other players to avoid this scam casino.
