Podnosim ovu žalbu protiv Slots Gallery jer se bave predatorskim praksama usmerenim na norveške igrače i najverovatnije na druge zemlje. Potpuno sam verifikovan, ali kazino i dalje blokira moje zahteve za isplatu uprkos tome što sam dostavio svu dokumentaciju.

Verifikacija: Moj nalog je potpuno verifikovan. Ne postoji legitiman razlog da zadrže moja sredstva.
Licemerje u obradi plaćanja: Uplatio sam dva depozita u ukupnom iznosu od 6.000 NOK koristeći svoju Revolut karticu. Kazino je odmah prihvatio ova sredstva. Međutim, odbijaju da obrade isplatu na isti račun. Ovo je direktno kršenje standardnih procedura plaćanja.
Kršenje standarda EEA: Prihvatanjem sredstava sa određenog načina plaćanja, a zatim odbijanjem da obradi povraćaj na isti izvor, kazino posluje u lošoj veri i krši osnovne principe fer rukovanja plaćanjima prema propisima EEA. Posebno se pozivam na standarde za sprečavanje pranja novca i fer finansijsko ponašanje (pozivajući se na principe iz člana 9).
Zloupotreba norveških bankarskih propisa: Kazino insistira na obradi mog povlačenja putem bankovnog transfera na norveški bankovni račun. Potpuno su svesni da su norveške vlasti zakonski propisale da norveške banke moraju blokirati dolazne transakcije od operatera kockanja. Prisiljavanjem na ovu metodu, kazino svesno šalje sredstva na „zatvorena vrata" dok tvrdi da je „obradio" uplatu. Ovo je proračunata, predatorska taktika da se oduzmu sredstva igrača prisiljavajući ih da koriste nemoguć metod povlačenja.
