Customer service gives a different answer every day and they don't really help.

Die Auszahlung dauerd laut Slots Gallery max 1h steht auch dort auf deren Seite.

Mittlerweile habe ich die Auszahlung immer noch nicht erhalten und es sind mehrere Tage schon vergangen.

Vom Kundenservice bekommt man jeden Tag eine andere Antwort und der hilft auch nicht wirklich mit.

My account is fully verified and I already received a payout a few months ago, and every payout I made before that was credited to my account within a maximum of 2 days.

The website itself states that the payout takes 1 hour, and now, after several days, nothing has been done.

As soon as you contact support, you get a different answer from every employee.

Konto ist vollständig verifiziert und ich habe dort auch schon eine Auszahlung vor ein paar Monaten bekommen und jede Auszahlung die ich davor gemacht habe, habe ich max nach 2 Tagen am Konto gutgeschrieben bekommen.

Da dort auf der Seite selbst steht das die Auszahlung 1h dauerd und nun nach Tagen noch immer nichts gemacht wurde.

Sobald mal den Support schreibt bekommt man von jedem Mitarbeiter jedes mal eine andere Antwort.
