I need help Slots Garden has taken my $10,200 and are making up rules to steal peoples money. I did choose a bonus on top of my $500 deposit. It took me 6 hours to play down this playthrough from the bonus and I completed the bonus successfully and had $15,000 in my account. The game software recognizes I completed my bonus then aloud me to play blackjack so I did and lost a bunch so I went to cash out $10,200 even the manager approved it and the cashier or owner stole it all and refuses to add it back to my account or pay me. They say it's against terms well i reviewed the terms and I have lost over 1 million dollars on these sites I'm very seasoned player and I know they rules they just stole from me please help.

Thank you. Let me make this clear I spent 6 hours beating down the bonus playthrough that was attached to my gameplay. I completed the bonus and had $15,000. When you have a bonus that is attached to you the game software does not allow you to play blackjack this is fact. When my bonus was complete the game unlocked blackjack. I never played blackjack until my bonus was completed the software does not allow it. They are making up additional rules to steal your money. I have the US Attourney's office involved now as well. I'm pushing to have this all banned. I've spent 5 years and 1 million dollars on this and my investagation has turned up a lot and this needs to be banned. These places are next to just stealing your wallet. I'll email you three responses. They won't respond in email they want you to get on the chat and they just hang up on you. Now that in dog deeper on them this is not the first time they have a pattern of making up things to not pay people. I spent $1500 in this place i didn't take a free bonus and win I spent money and chose a bonus and successfully completed it. They need arrested for what they are doing.

When you're playing with a bonus the game automatically restricts what games they want. When you complete a bonus the software unlocks those games. If a bonus is complete it's complete it doesn't matter what you play or do. They are adding additional rules to screw people out of their winnings. I have spent a million dollars investigating about 50 companies and not one other company does this or has this rule. This is a way to confiscate everyone's winnings the software is how the gaming authorities and commission bases their regulations off of. Thank you this is a clear move to steal from people. I kept checking my playthrough I had no idea this was a rule here because it is not at any of the other 49 casinos I have investigated and it's not how this is monitored and regulated or the software and slots garden software would not unlock blackjack so I could play. This is extra measures to steal and they need to arrest these people and shut down all this in America. Nick that's a downright lie had there been a pop up I would have followed it. This was the last of all my money I put into this and I made damn sure I followed it and successfully completed my bonus. It said bonus complete so I went to check blackjack and it was unlocked so I played. Guys I am holding a affidavit I need to go have notarized for a lawsuit on another casino. It's looking like you will be next and not sure if your aware you have rules and guidelines to follow in order to even do business in the USA. The majority of complaint cases (more than 99% as I track such things) stem from the player not familiarizing themselves with the terms they are playing under. Usually it is a case of multiple consecutive free chips, 9.9 times out of 10 the player is complaining because they had their funds confiscated for playing multiple free chips without a cash deposit/play session (which is strictly prohibited within the casino as is industry standard). In these cases there is no argument, they cannot get the funds which they have won as they are not eligible to withdraw.
