Pišem Vam kako bih izrazio stalnu zabrinutost u vezi sa nerešenim problemima sa isplatama sa mog računa i nedostatkom efikasne podrške koju sam do sada dobio. Nadam se da mi možete pomoći da ih kontaktiram.
Dana 20. jula, uspešno sam izvršio jedno podizanje od 1.372 kanadskih dolara, što je obrađeno sledećeg dana bez problema putem transfera.
Međutim, od te transakcije, svaki pokušaj podizanja sredstava nailazio je na stalne probleme i imam otprilike 8600 kanadskih dolara koje ne mogu da podignem.
Vremenski okvir i problemi:
Od 20. jula pa nadalje: Pokušao sam još sedam isplata, u rasponu od 1.372 do 36,99 dolara. Sve su ostale u statusu obrade nekoliko dana i sada se sve prikazuju kao otkazane.
Kontaktirao sam ga putem ćaskanja uživo i agent mi je savetovao da sačekam još dan ili dva. Posle pet dana, kontaktirao sam ga i rečeno mi je da imam previše isplata u redu.
Obavešten sam da je dnevni limit za isplatu dve dnevno, ne više od 2.000 američkih dolara ukupno, sa ograničenjem od 1.000 dolara po transakciji. Takođe mi je savetovano da podnesem samo jednu po jednu radi brže obrade, navodno u roku od 24 sata (maksimalno do 72 sata).
Više agenata je reklo da će neko iz odeljenja za plaćanja kontaktirati. Prošlo je već 8 dana bez ikakve komunikacije ili rešenja.
Nije mi traženo da dostavim svoj lični dokument za KYC verifikaciju i nisam dobio nikakav odgovor od njihove podrške.

I am writing to express ongoing concerns regarding unresolved issues with my account withdrawals and the lack of effective support I’ve received so far. I am hoping you can assit me this contacting them.
On July 20, I successfully made a single withdrawal of $1,372 CAD, which was processed the next day without issue via transfer.
However, since that transaction, every attempt I’ve made to withdraw funds has encountered persistent problems and have roughly $8600 CAD I can not withdrawal.
Timeline and Issues:
July 20 onward: I attempted seven additional withdrawals, ranging from $1,372 to $36.99. All remained in processing status for several days and now all show cancelled.
I reached out via live chat, and an agent advised me to wait another day or two. After five days, I followed up and was told I had too many withdrawals queued.
I was informed the daily withdrawal limit is two per day, not exceeding $2,000 USD total, with a $1,000 limit per transaction. I was also advised to only submit one at a time for faster processing, supposedly within 24 hours (up to 72 hours max).
Multiple agents have said someone from the payments department would reach out. It has now been 8 days without any communication or resolution.
I was no requested to submit my ID for KYC Verification and have not recived any response again their support.
