Igrač je podneo nekoliko zahteva za isplatu koristeći svoju bankovnu karticu. Nažalost, ove isplate je odbila banka igrača. U takvim slučajevima, mi sa svoje strane ne možemo ništa da učinimo, jer nismo u mogućnosti da utičemo na odluke i procedure pojedinačnih banaka.
Ranije je igrač uspešno isplaćivao novac koristeći kriptovalutu u februaru i isplaćivao ga karticom u januaru, obe metode su bile uspešne. Ako igrač koristi novu karticu, to može biti problematično i predlažemo da kontaktira svoju banku za detalje.
Igrač je u subotu ponovo pokušao da povuče novac koristeći alternativni metod, a to je bankovni transfer. Zahtevi za povlačenje novca putem banaka, podneti tokom vikenda, obrađuju se tokom sledećeg radnog dana, što bi bio danas. Stoga su povlačenja obrađena i, sa naše strane, deluju uspešno. Još jedno povlačenje izvršeno u isto vreme putem kartice je, još jednom, odbijeno od strane banke.
Kao što je već napomenuto, predlažemo da igrač kontaktira banku radi detaljnog objašnjenja zašto transakcija karticom ne može biti završena i da u međuvremenu koristi bankovni transfer za isplatu.

Previously, the player has made successful withdrawals using cryptocurrency in February and card withdrawals in January, both of which methods were successful. If the player is using a new card, it might be problematic and we suggest they contact their bank for details.
The player has made new withdrawal attempts on Saturday using an alternative method, which is a bank transfer. Withdrawal requests via banks, made during weekends, are processed during the next business day, which would be today. As such, withdrawals were processed and, on our end, they appear successful. Another withdrawal made at the same time via card was, once again, declined by the bank.
As noted previously, we suggest the player contacts the bank for detailed reasoning on why the card transaction cannot be completed and, in the meantime, use bank transfer for their withdrawals.
