Kazino me je kontinuirano uveravao da će moja isplata biti obrađena, govoreći mi da nemam brige jer samo velike isplate zahtevaju verifikaciju, a ne normalne svakodnevne isplate poput moje. Nakon što mi je rečeno da otkažem i ponovo podnesem zahtev za isplatu, što sam i učinio, ponovo sam proverio posle nekoliko sati jer su mi rekli da su isplate kriptovaluta obično trenutne. Kada sam ponovo učitao stranicu za isplate, video sam da se promenila sa „na čekanju" na „otkazano" kada se stranica ažurirala u odnosu na ranije. Proverio sam da li ima bilo kakve komunikacije od njih negde i nije bilo nikakve e-pošte ili obaveštenja bilo koje vrste koje bi mi reklo da su to uopšte uradili. U tom trenutku su imali razne razloge između kojih su se kolebali, jer je istraga neophodna, a zatim su stigli do zaključka da ne znaju koji je razlog bio iza toga, jer je treća strana to zahtevala. Više puta su me uveravali da će problem biti brzo rešen, čak su mi rekli da ih kontaktiram za 3 dana ako ništa ne primim i da će kontaktirati provajdera i ubrzati stvari za mene. Ometao sam se tokom razgovora dok sam čitao recenzije (što sada shvatam da sam trebao da uradim pre nego što sam uplatio depozit u kazino) i ponovo sam se povezao da pokušam da dobijem dodatna pojašnjenja. Nakon ponovnog povezivanja, pokazao sam im snimke ekrana skorašnjih recenzija sa zabrinutošću da će mi učiniti isto, jer nisam našao znake rešavanja nedavnih žalbi. U tom trenutku su promenili vremenski okvir završetka istrage, rekavši mi 14 dana, moguće duže, umesto 3 dana pre nego što bi trebalo da ih kontaktiram, kao i da SADA NE MOGU uticati ni na brzinu procesa. U tom trenutku sam dozvolio da se razgovor završi i pokušao da dobijem pravo objašnjenje od teškog predstavnika za korisnike. Ovog puta razgovor o povlačenju novca počeo je sasvim drugačije. Zahtevi za odigravanje su pomenuti kao da ih nisam ispunio (100% sam siguran da jesam, a istorija klađenja to potvrđuje), on je zatim napravio pauzu dosta dugo nakon što sam mu objasnio, a zatim je ponovo pomenuo odigravanje pre nego što je promenio razlog u „nije siguran zašto", ali je potrebno istražiti, bez navođenja koliko dugo i navodeći da provajder nije dužan da navede razlog (ne da nisu NAVELI razlog). Osoba sa kojom sam razgovarao odmah posle njega bila je poslednja osoba koja mi je dala još uznemirujuće reči. Nakon što su sva trojica ostalih izbegla da odgovore na većinu mojih pitanja i čak su mi rekli da su više puta odgovarali na isto, pa su se prekidali, pokazao sam ovome promene u onome što su rekli i fokusirao se na svako pitanje dok nije odgovoreno da bih postavio sledeće. Za svako od njih nisu imali odgovor zašto sam čuo drugačije od svih i samo su ponovili najgoru vest, a zatim dodali još loših vesti. Nakon što mi je rečeno da im se ne kaže zašto provajder zahteva bilo kakvu investiciju, jednostavno sam pitao ko je taj provajder „nemamo te informacije" i pitao sam o kojoj vrsti provajdera se radi, za šta oni takođe tvrde da niko od njih ne zna. Što uopšte ne može biti istina, jer da im nije rečeno nijedno od toga, onda ne bi znali ko ili šta je to zahtevalo, uopšte! Nema načina da znaju da je to „provajder", ali da nemaju ni najmanju informaciju poput ŠTA pruža ta kompanija, čak i ako ne znaju ime. Snimio sam video pregledajući poruke, kao i proširene snimke ekrana. Ovo daje mogućnost da ne morate da pauzirate da biste ih pročitali, kao i potvrdu da nijedan deo nije izostavljen da bi se nekome dalo u korist ili nepravedno složili poruke na način koji nije 100% iskren i transparentan (što je daleko veća ljubaznost koju pokazujem, nego ono što sam doživljavao otkako su otkazali moje isplate, a da me nisu obavestili, a ja sam pitao zašto su promenili sve stvari u koje su me više puta uveravali). Pokušavam da kontaktiram njihov organ za izdavanje licenci i sva druga relevantna tela koja mogu da se uključe. Imam čvrste dokaze da su me više puta lagali i da iznose tvrdnje koje bukvalno ne mogu biti istinite zbog osnovnih principa logičkih poslovnih interakcija. Dakle, nakon što se ovo podnese, kopija će biti poslata imejlom svim gorepomenutim organima radi njihove pomoći. Ko god prvi može da pomogne, biće mi neka vrsta trke da shvatim koga je briga za pravičnost i poštenje, a koga uopšte nije briga za te kvalitete. Dozvoljeno mi je samo 5 otpremanja određene veličine, tako da ako je nešto od ovoga teško pročitati, imam više u većoj rezoluciji koja prikazuje ceo razgovor, kao i snimak visoke rezolucije listanja kako bi se dokazao pogled bez prekida.
The casino continuously assured me that my withdrawal would be processed, telling me that I had no worries because only big withdrawals require verification not normal everyday withdrawal like mine. After being told to cancel and resubmit the withdrawal and doing so, I checked back after a few hours since they told me that crypto withdrawals are normally instant. As I load the page for withdrawals back up, I see it switch from "pending" to "canceled" when the page updated from earlier. I checked for any communication from them somewhere, and there was no email or notification of any kind telling me that they even did so. At this point they had various reasons they bounced between for the cause of an investigation being necessarily and landing on that they don't know what reason was behind it as a 3rd party provider had been the one to request it. They assured me multiple times it would be quickly resolved, even saying to contact then in 3 days if I hadn't received anything and they would contact the provider and speed things up for me. I got distracted during conversation while reading reviews(which i now realize should've done before depositing on a casino), and reconnected to try and get further clarification. Upon reconnecting I presented them screenshots of recent reviews with concerns that they were going to do the same thing to me, as I find no signs of resolution to recent complaints. At that point they change the time frame of completion of the investigation, telling me 14 days possibly longer instead of the 3 days before I should contact them, as well as NOW they also CAN'T influence the process speed of it either. At that point I let the chat end and tried getting a real explanation from a difficult customer rep. This time the conversation about the withdrawal started way differently. The playthrough requirements were brought up as if I didn't meet them(I am 100% sure I did, and wager history confirms it), he then paused for quite awhile after I explained it to him and he proceeded to mention playthrough once more before change the reason to unsure why but it needed investigation with no reference to how long and stating that the provider isn't required to give a reason(not that they didn't GIVE a reason). The person I spoke with just after him, was the last person that provided me even more unsettling words. After all 3 of the others avoided answering most of my questions and even telling me they have answered the same one repeatedly so they were disconnecting, I showed this one the changes in what they said and focused on each one until it was answered to ask the next. For each one they had no answer as to why I was hearing differently from everyone and just reiterated the worst one and then added more bad news to it. After being told they don't get told why the provider requires any investment, I simply asked who the provider was with "we don't have that information" and I ask what type of provider it even is which they also claim none of them know. Which can't be true at all, because if they weren't told either of those then they wouldn't know who or what required it what so ever! There's no way they could tell it's a "provider", but not have the least bit of information like WHAT is provided by said company even if they don't know the name. I recorded a video scrolling through the messages, as well as got extended screenshots of it. This give the option to not need to pause in order to read them, as well as validation that no part is left out to favor anyone or unfairly stack the messages in a manner that isn't 100% honest and transparent(which is far more courtesy I'm giving, than what I have been experiencing since they canceled my withdrawals without telling me and I asked why they changed all the things they assured me of multiple times). I'm attempting to contact their license providing authority and any other relevant bodies of authority that can get involved. I have solid evidence that they have lied to me multiple times, and are making claims that literally can't be true do to just basic principles of logical business interactions. So after this is filed, a copy will be emailed to all aforementioned authorities for their assistance as well. Whichever one can help first will be something of a race to me to figure out who cares about fairness and honesty and who doesn't care at all about those qualities.
