4. maja sam odlučio da igram u ovom kazinu. Problem je počeo kada sam pokušao da podignem svoja sredstva u iznosu od 2234,59 RON.
Proces povlačenja zahteva unos koda poslatog putem SMS-a na moj telefon, ali kod nikada ne stiže. Tim za podršku mi stalno daje izgovore i stvara poteškoće. Tvrde da je kod poslat i da, ako postoji problem, mogu ga ručno poslati u roku od 48 sati. Tih 48 sati je već prošlo, a ja još uvek nisam ništa dobio.
Još je frustrirajuće to što sam juče dobio SMS promociju vezanu za Ligu šampiona, što jasno dokazuje da se poruke mogu dostaviti na moj telefon bez ikakvih problema. Međutim, kod potreban za isplatu mojih sredstava i dalje ne stiže.
Pored toga, imam VIP menadžera koga sam kontaktirao juče, i ni oni mi nisu pomogli da rešim ovaj problem.
