Zdravo timu gurua kazina,
Želeo bih da podnesem žalbu u vezi sa SpinBetter kazinom, u vezi sa mojim blokiranim nalogom i zadržanim povlačenjem sredstava.
Pozadina:
Moj nalog je blokiran od novembra 2025.
Poslao/la sam sva tražena dokumenta za verifikaciju, uključujući ličnu kartu, izvod iz banke i podatke o kartici.
Video verifikacioni sastanak je zakazan za 14.01. u 18:00. Čekao sam od 17:55 do posle 18:30, ali se nijedan predstavnik nije pridružio. Snimak ekrana je priložen.
Kazino tvrdi da je bilo više pokušaja video verifikacije, što je netačno. Dobio sam samo jedan poziv putem e-pošte u novembru 2025. (snimak ekrana je priložen) i drugi pokušaj preko AskGamblers-a, na koji kazino nije odgovorio. Nikada nisam dobio nikakve druge pozive.
Moja sredstva od 2951 PLN su i dalje zadržana. Kazino je prestao da odgovara na moje poruke.
Zahtev:
Molim da Casino Guru pomogne u posredovanju u ovom sporu i da izvrši pritisak na SpinBetter Casino da završi verifikaciju mog naloga i vrati mi sredstva.
Molim da kazino dostavi dokumentovani dokaz o svim dodatnim terminima za video verifikaciju koje tvrde da su zakazali.
Kontinuirano zadržavanje mojih sredstava bez odgovarajuće verifikacije predstavlja neopravdano uskraćivanje usluge i može se smatrati kršenjem prava potrošača.
Ljubazno molim Casino Guru da odmah preduzme mere kako bi pomogao u rešavanju ovog problema.

Hello Casino Guru Team,
I would like to submit a complaint regarding SpinBetter Casino, concerning my blocked account and withheld withdrawal.
Background:
My account has been blocked since November 2025.
I have submitted all requested verification documents, including my ID, bank statement, and card details.
A video verification meeting was scheduled on 14.01 at 18:00. I was waiting from 17:55 until after 18:30, but no representative joined. Screenshot attached.
The casino claims multiple video verification attempts, which is false. I only received one email invitation in november 2025 (screenshot attached) and a second attempt via AskGamblers, which the casino failed to attend. I never received any other invitations.
My funds of 2951 PLN remain withheld. The casino has stopped responding to my messages.
Request:
I request that Casino Guru assist in mediating this dispute and pressuring SpinBetter Casino to complete my account verification and release my funds.
I request that the casino provide documented proof of any additional video verification appointments they claim to have scheduled.
The continued withholding of my funds without proper verification constitutes an unjustified denial of service and may be considered a violation of consumer rights.
I kindly ask Casino Guru to take immediate action to assist in resolving this matter.
