Kada sam se registrovao u ovom kazinu, rekli su mi da je za obradu isplata potrebno 96 sati, što sam smatrao preteranim, ali su me ubedili da uplatim novac i igram, bukvalno tražeći od mene da im „dam priliku da nastave u ovom kazinu".
Uplatio sam depozit i imao sam sreće da nešto osvojim. Kada sam ispunio uslov klađenja x1, podigao sam 200 evra i obavestio ih imejlom da sam izvršio podizanje. Odgovorili su mi rekavši da će podizanje biti obrađeno u roku od 96 sati.
Pa, prošlo je 10 dana i još uvek nisam ništa primio (jer imam i druge čekajuće isplate od 200€, 100€, 100€, 100€ i još 10€)
Bezbroj puta sam pisao odeljenju za plaćanja, ali nikada ne odgovaraju. Juče sam konačno uspeo da se javim preko ćaskanja (što je prilično teško jer je uvek neaktivno). Agent mi je rekao da, pošto imaju veoma veliki broj isplata za obradu, moje bi moglo da potraje nekoliko dana duže jer se isplate od igrača koji su duže sa mnom i VIP su članovi obrađuju pre moje. Ovaj agent je rekao da ću verovatno primiti svoju uplatu juče, 10., ili danas, 11., ali nisam primio ništa.
Pišem ovu žalbu da bih rekao da ovo nisu izgovori za neisplatu, jer mi je rečeno da će to biti najviše 96 sati i da bi obično bilo manje vremena za obradu isplata.
Prilično sam razočaran ovim kazinom i mislim da su svi njihovi izgovori samo da izbegnu isplatu jer čak ni ne odgovaraju na moje imejlove. Ukupno imam 1.200 evra na čekanju od 3. marta do danas, 11.
Video sam da Guru daje nisku ocenu, i za to mora da postoji razlog.

Cuando me registre en este casino me dicen que los retiros se procesan en 96 horas, algo que consideré excesivo pero me convencieron para que depositara y jugara, pidiéndome literalmente que " les diera la oportunidad de seguir en este casino"
Hago un deposito y tengo la suerte de ganar algo. Una vez cumplido el requisito de apuesta de x1, hago un retiro de 200 € y les comunico por correo que habia hecho un retiro, me contestan diciendo que a las 96 horas se procesaría ese retiro.
Pues bien, han pasado ya 10 dias y sigo sin cobrar nada( porque tengo otros retiros pendientes de 200,100,100,100 y 10 € más)
Les he escrito infinidad de veces a las de Pagos pero nunca me contestan y ayer por fin pude hablar en el chat ( algo bastante dificil de conseguir porque siempre esta inactivo) y me dice el agente que debido a que tienen un volumen muy de alto de retiros por procesar y que el mio puede tardar unos dias más porque los retiros de jugadores que llevan mas tiempo que yo y son Vip, estan antes que el mio, aunque este agente me dice que seguramente cobraria ayer dia 10 o bien hoy dia 11 pero no recibo nada de nada
Escribo esta queja para decir que eso no son excusas para no pagarme porque se me dijo que eran 96 horas como maximo y que normalmente serian menos tiempo para procesar los retiros.
Estoy bastante decepcionado con este casino y creo que todas las excusas son para no pagar porque ni siquiera contestan a mis correos. En total tengo 1.200 € desde el dia 3 de marzo hasta hoy dia 11en retiros pendientes.
