1. Možete li, molim vas, navesti koja ste dokumenta već dostavili i kada ste tačno poslali poslednji?
--> Otpremio sam dolenavedene dokumente u odeljak za verifikaciju kazina Spingreen:
- Lična karta - prednja strana
- Lična karta - poleđina
- Izvod iz banke izdat u poslednjih 90 dana kao dokaz o adresi
- Snimak ekrana MiFinity profila kao dokaz o načinu plaćanja
--> Ne sećam se tačnog datuma kada sam ih postavio, ali sigurno pre 27. septembra
2. Da li ste dostavili svu potrebnu dokumentaciju što je pre moguće i u ispravnom formatu?
---> Mislim da jesam, jer sam od 27. septembra 2025. godine mnogo puta pitao osoblje korisničke službe na mreži o mom odloženom povlačenju, a oni nisu rekli da li su dokumenti koje sam otpremio kompletni i u ispravnom obliku ili ne.
3. Da li ste akumulirali svoje dobitke sa ili bez aktivnog bonusa?
--> Ne razumem tačno šta mislite, ali to je bio moj prvi depozit u Spingreen kazinu i trenutno nemam aktivnih bonusa koje treba uložiti. Uplatio sam 500 evra i podneo zahtev za isplatu 478 evra.

--> I uploaded the below documents on the verification section of Spingreen casino:
- Identity card - front side
- Identity card - back side
- Bank statement issued within the last 90 days as proof of address
- MiFinity profile screenshot as proof of payment method
--> I don't remember the exactly date of uploading them but surely before 27th September
2. Have you provided all the required documents as soon as possible and in the correct format?
---> I think yes because I asked the online customer service staff many times since 27th september 2025 about my delayed withdrawal and they did not say if the documents I uploaded were complete & in the correct form or not.
3. Have you accumulated your winnings with or without an active bonus?
--> I don't understand exactly what you mean but it was my first deposit at spingreen casino and I currently have no active bonuses that need to be wagered. I made a 500 EUR deposit & made a 478 EUR withdrawal request.
